• This is the laser product; please do not look directly at the laser beams. Class 2 Laser product.

Note

• When the laser instrument is turned on, please operate it carefully so as not to let the eyes directly contact the laser beam. Exposure of the eyes to the laser environment for a long time can easily damage the eyes.
• Please use the instrument with caution.

Note

• Glasses are accessories for laser instruments and they are not certified safety glasses. They are only used to see the laser beam in a very bright place outdoors or far away from the light source.

Warning

• Exposure to laser radiation. Do not disassemble and modify the laser instrument at will and there are no components that can be maintained and repaired by the user inside the laser instrument, and disassembling and modifying it may cause damage to your eyes. If encounter any quality problems with the product, please return the product to your local service center or contact us for assistance by email.
• Do not expose the machine to explosive environments such as flammable and explosive gases, liquids, and dust. The instrument may produce sparks that ignite dust or smoke.
• Do not use an optical tool such as a magnifier to intentionally or unintentionally gaze at the laser beam, otherwise serious damage to the eye may be incurred.
• After opening the instrument, do not directly expose the laser beam to anyone’s eyes, otherwise, serious damage to the eye may be incurred.
• When you do not use the instrument, please put it in places where children and untrained personnel cannot touch it. It is dangerous for untrained personnel to operate the laser.
• When you do not use the laser instrument, switch it to the OFF position.
• Keeping the laser on will increase the risk of the laser beam and shorten the life of the instrument.
• Do not disassemble or modify the instrument at any time, otherwise, exposure to the dangerous laser beams may be incurred.
• When using the instrument, do not energetically fall and smash it, otherwise, the instrument’s accuracy and the operational timeliness may be affected by large vibrations.
• Put the laser instrument safely onto a flat surface; if it falls from a high place, it may be damaged.
• Use personal protective equipment to always protect your eyes from damage.

• V- –Control the vertical lines
• H — Control the horizontal lines
• M — Control manual mode and pulse mode (Short press for pulse mode, the laser line becomes weaker; long press for manual mode, the laser line does not flicker or beep when tilted)

Battery Safety

Warning

• When placing the batteries into the battery compartment, Please pay attention to fully install the battery on the machine, otherwise it may cause it to fail to work.
• The batteries must be of the same brand, model, and capacity. Do not use a battery pack in which the batteries have completely different surplus capacities.

• The battery may explode or leak, and as a result, it may cause personal injury and fire.
• To reduce such risks, please strictly follow all instructions and warnings on the battery label and plug.
• Do not mix battery compounds while assembling the battery.
• Do not put the battery into the fire.
• Always keep the battery away from children
• If the device is not used within 7 months, remove the battery and place the battery in a safe place.

The end of service life

• Do not dispose of this product as household waste.
• Batteries should be disposed of per local waste disposal regulations
• Please follow the local WEEE directive for collecting and processing electrical and electronic waste.

Operating manual

Self-leveling mode

• After turning on the laser power, switch the power and press the operation key to select the laser beam mode.
• When the inclination angle of the instrument exceeds 3°, the laser ray will flash quickly and alarm so that whether the locating place of the instrument is even or not can be detected.

Manual mode(Slope mode)

• On state, long press the “M key for about 3 seconds, and the “M” key flashes, the laser line is inclined, with no flickering and no alarm, you can continue to operate to select the laser beam and can be operated at the angle you choose.

Pulse mode

How to use the receiver with KL4D-03G laser level?

1. First, turn on the laser level’s pulse mode Short press the “M” key, and the laser line becomes weaker and then enters the pulse mode
2. Second, turn on the FD20 receiver and search the laser lines.

When the receiver detects the laser lines, it will make “Beep” sounds. it can turn off the sound

Used together with accessories

Note

• The accessories provided and sold by KEZERS are only tested by this brand’s laser instruments and not tested by other brands’ lasers of the same type.
• When the accessories are used together with other brands’ lasers of the same type, the danger may be incurred. Please refer to the description of the webpage for specific configuration.
• It is recommended to use KEZERS accessories because the dangers that can be incurred by using other accessories can be beyond prediction.

Maintenance and servicing

Remarks:

• Laser instruments are not completely liquid-tight.
• Do not moisten the product, otherwise, damage to the internal circuit of the instrument may be incurred.
• Do not put the product in direct sunlight or expose it to high temperatures.
• The enclosure and some internal parts of the product are made of plastic and may deform at high temperatures.
• Do not put the laser in a cold environment. Excessive humidity may exist in such environments and can affect the electrical components inside the instrument, thereby, affecting the accuracy of the instrument and causing danger to the person due to circuit hazards.

Remarks:

• When being operated in a dusty workplace, some dust may be collected on the laser window and a soft, dry cloth can be used to remove moisture or dirt.
• Remarks: Do not use corrosive cleaners or solvents.

Note :

• When you are not using the machine for a long time, please put the laser into a box and store it in a dry place.
• Please take out the battery from the instrument.
• To avoid unnecessary danger, please do not allow children to touch the instrument.

This warranty does not cover:

1. Faults caused by accidental damage
2. Failure to use according to manufacturers’ instructions
3. Defects caused by maintenance or renovation without our authorization
4. Calibration and care are not covered by warranty

Note:

• To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable under this Warranty for indirect or consequential loss resulting from faults in this product.
• Repair or replacement under this Warranty does not affect the expiry date of the Warranty.
• This warranty is limited to purchased customers and is not permitted to transfer this warranty to other third parties.
• This Warranty may not be varied without our authorization.

Calibration and maintenance are not covered by the warranty

Note:

• The customer shall be responsible for the correct maintenance of the instrument.
• In addition, the customer shall be responsible for regularly checking the accuracy of the laser unit so that the instrument can be correctly calibrated.
• The warranty shall be subject to change without notice.
