PRECAUTIONS

Do not use this product with the following medical electronic devices, as this may lead to accidents, malfunction of medical electronic devices, and severe damage to the human body.

• Electronic medical devices for internal implantation, such as pacemakers.
• Electronic medical life support equipment, such as artificial cardiopulmonary machines.
• Electronic medical devices attached to the body, such as electrocardiogram scanners.

Please follow the precautions when using this product, otherwise, it may cause accidents, injuries, electric shock, product breakage, or soiling.

• Do not heat this fitness apparatus or the remote control in the microwave oven. Keep the device away from fire sources.
• Do not use this product for purposes other than those specified in the manual/ instructions.
• Do not use this product in any other way not described in this manual/instruction.
• Do not use this product on babies or pets.
• Do not use this product as a toy for babies or pets.
• Do not spill liquid on the main body of the product.
• Do not use this product while exercising or driving.
• Do not use this product in places with high humidity such as bathrooms.
• Do not use the product after cooling or heating, as this may cause deformation of the product.
• Do not splash water on the product or use the product in places where the temperature changes drastically such as sauna rooms.
• Do not use this product in places where the product may come into contact with water or where the temperature is high.
• If you experience pain or discomfort while using this product or after using this product, or if you experience any symptoms such as skin roughness, rash, redness, pruritus, burns, inflammation, etc., please stop using this product immediately to avoid aggravating the symptoms.
• If the product has a peculiar smell, abnormal sound, or there is water or other foreign matter inside the product, please turn off the power immediately, otherwise, it may cause a short circuit or fire.
• Do not bend or fold the pads, otherwise, it may cause the pad to break.
• Arbitrarily increasing the intensity of stimulation and using it for too long can lead to muscle fatigue, skin irritation or redness.
• Please take off the jewelry, necklaces, earrings, belt, etc. while using this product, otherwise, it may cause accidents, injuries, or product damage.
• While using this product, please take off the electronic devices, watches, pedometers, cell phones, etc., and keep them away from this product, otherwise, the electronic devices may malfunction.
• Please clean the using areas of your body before use.

WARNING

The following people are not allowed to use this product as it may cause accidents, injuries, skin and body problems.

• People with heart disease
• Women who are pregnant or have just had a baby

The following people should consult a doctor before using this product as it may cause accidents, injuries, skin and body problems.

• People with allergies
• People with fever over 38°C
• People who need to rest and recuperate
• People who are taking medication
• People with abnormal blood pressure
• People with significant physical abnormalities
• People with cranial nerve abnormalities, such as epilepsy
• People with skin perception disorders, abnormal infected dermatitis or wounds
• People with perceptual impairment due to diabetic peripheral circulation disorder
• Patients with malignant tumors
• Patients with blood circulation disorders
• Patients with acute painful diseases such as spinal fractures, sprains, and muscle injuries
• Patients with bone abnormalities, such as osteoporosis
• Patients who are receiving treatment in medical institutions

People who are not mentioned above should also consult a doctor if you feel uncomfortable while using this product.

Do not use this product in the following body parts or it may cause accidents, injuries, or skin and body problems.

• Body parts around the breasts and shoulder blades, body parts above the neck, such as the head and face
• Wounds, mucous membrane areas such as eyes, mouth, and intimate areas
• Body parts that have undergone molting treatment on the same day
• Body parts that have undergone plastic surgery
• Body parts with metal or plastic implants
• Spine
• Body parts with tattoos on the abdomen during menstruation

Only use this product on the body parts specified in our instructions.

• Infants or people who cannot independently understand the product instructions are not allowed to use this product. Otherwise, it may cause accidents, injuries, or skin and body problems.
• Do not disassemble, modify or repair this product by yourself, otherwise, it may cause accidents or injuries.
• Please avoid the impact on the product caused by falling or collision, otherwise, the product may be damaged. Continuous use of the broken product may cause accidents or injuries.
• Do not allow the electrode part to contact with metal, otherwise, it may result in electric shock.

Do not use this product with other electronic products or beauty equipment. Otherwise, it may make you feel uncomfortable or cause adverse reactions.

PARTS IDENTIFICATIONS

1. Press + button to turn on the device
2. Press M button to switch the mode. Total 8 different modes.
3. Press +/- button to increase/ decrease the intensity. Total 15 intensity levels.
4. Press – button to turn off the device when the intensity is displayed as “0”.

MODE 1: Activate muscles
MODE 2: Warm up
MODE 3: Interval training mode
MODE 4: Muscle shake basic mode
MODE 5: Basic training mode
MODE 6: Comprehensive training mode
MODE 7: High-intensity training mode
MODE 8: Muscle shake comprehensive mode

INSTRUCTION

• Do not use damaged, deteriorated or dirty gel sheets. Doing so may result in burns.

• Always adhere gel sheet to all the electrodes when using the product. If an electrode touches the skin, it may be painful or cause a burn.

• If affixed incorrectly, gel sheets may lose their adhesion to the skin, fail to function normally, and/or wear out faster than normal.

  1. Take out the support belt from the clear case.

  2. Peel off the support belt from the storage sheet.

  3. Install the gel pad and the controller.

Make the hole on the gel pad align to the controller electrode.
Do not stick the gel pad ends to each other.

4. Attach the product to the areas where you wish to use it.  

CHARGING

• The charger output of this product is 5V1A. Connect to a USB wall charger or the USB port of a powered-on PC with provided USB power cord to charge the controller.
• The indicator light turns red when charging, and turns off when fully charged

TIPS : It is recommended that you charge the controller before first use. All the products are shipped pre-charged; however, the initial charge level will vary.

GEL PAD MAINTENANCE

• Removing Gel Sheets: Peel off the gel sheet slowly so it comes off as a sheet.
  • Remove any gel remaining on the electrodes (sticking the new gel sheet to remaining fragments will cause the electrode to come off easily).
  • Turn off the product before removing the gel sheet. Not doing so may result in pain or burns.
• Before applying the unit to the skin, make sure to clean the contact area. To clean skin, we suggest simply wiping the area with a rubbing clean cloth for best results. The skin should be clean and dry.
• It is recommended to shave excess hair from the contact area (ex. abdominal area, legs, arms, etc.) to maximize product lifespan.
• Do not use lotions or oils before applying the electrode as this will prevent the gel pad from sticking to the skin, and will cause the adhesive to fail.
• When done with your workout session, make sure to place the unit onto the protective film.
• The lifespan of the gel pads will vary depending on the amount of use. Keeping the gel pads clean and stored properly will extend their lifespan. The Electrodes should last 20-25 sessions.

TIPS : If Gel appears dead, try adding a drop of water and storing it overnight.

STORAGE

• Keep out of reach of children and store away from pets.
• Avoid hot or humid places (such as bathrooms, or inside cars), and keep out of direct sunlight.
• Do not splash water on the product or use the product in places where the temperature changes drastically, such as sauna rooms.
• Keep the device away from fire sources.
• Do not heat this belt or the controller in the microwave oven.
• Do not bend or fold the pads, otherwise, it may cause the pad to break.
• When not in use, keep it in a safe place to avoid injury from tripping.
• When the product is not used for a long time (1 month or more), please make sure to charge it at least once to avoid shortening the battery life.

DISPOSAL METHOD

• Dispose of it according to the regulations of your local government.
• Dispose of product if cuts or cracks develop after using the product for a long time.
  Note on environmental protection : After the implementation of the European Directive 2012/19/EU and 2006/66/EU in the national legal system, the following applies: Electric and electronic devices as well as batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. Consumers are obliged by law to return electrical and electronic devices as well as batteries at the end of their service lives to the public collecting points set up for this purpose or point of sale. Details to this are defined by the national law of the respective country. This symbol on that a product, the instruction manual or the package indicates that product is subject to these regulations. By recycling, reusing the materials or other forms of utilizing old devices/Batteries, you are making an important contribution to protecting our environment.

TROUBLESHOOTING

• Stimulation is weak or non-existent
  Be sure the skin is clean and the pads are firmly attached; Increase the intensity level if needed.

• Device does not turn on
  Recharge for at least 20 minutes.

• Gel pads are NOT sticky
  The gel pads will lose adhesiveness over the course of continued use. Please contact the seller for replacements.
