THE USE OF PRODUCT FOLDING
1. Fold the wireless charger into a triangular stand.| 2. Or place the phone and keep it charged horizontally.
OPERATION INSTRUCTION

Charge the phone: Place the phone flat on the phone charging area.

Charge the bluetooth headset, lay the bluetooth headset flat in the bluetooth headset charger area (Note: If the headset has a thick silicone cover, it may lead to poor contact and cannot be charged, please take off the silicone cover before charging).

Charge the watch: Stand up the watch’s wireless charging module and place your watch on it so that it is aligned with the magnetic line. When the watch displays the charging logo, it means the watch is charging.
Precautions for Use
Please pay attention to the following issues, otherwiseit may cause abnormal charging, high charging temperature, intermittent charging, or even not charging.
- Not compatible with devices other than Apple, such as Samsung.
- Do not use the wireless charger after splashing with water, as it may damage or deform the product due toa short circuit.
- Do not pull the silicone part, otherwise it will easily damage theprecision components under the silicone part and affect the charging.
- Please put the phone/watch at the center of charge area.
- We recommend fast charger adapter (9V/2A),which can charge three devices at the same time while maintaining the fastest speed. The 5V/2A charger can only provide a normal charging speed, which will be slower than that of a fast charger
- The charging distance is 2-8 mm, please don’t wear protective case which is over 3mm thick.
- The watch has temperature control.When the temperature reaches 104 F, it will stop charging automatically. If the temperature is normal, it will continue to charge.
- No metal or magnetic objects around 6cm of the back center of the phone during charging.
- The lower temperature, the faster charging speed.The charging speed is faster in winter than in summer.
- Please don’t charge in high temperature and humid environments to avoid damage of circuit.
- Put it at the place that children can’t reach to avoid unnecessary accidents
Troubleshooting
- Update the device to the latest system.
- Make sure your device that supports wireless charging.
- Make sure to use the original charging cable and adapter.
- Avoid thick device covers
- Avoid high ambient temperatureoptimal temperature is 82-86°F.
- When the phone or watch cannot be fully charged,try the following: Open[Settings]-[Battery Health]-(Turn off battery optimization].
- When the earphones are exhausted and cannot be charged, please take out the earphones and charge the storage compartment separately.
- When the phone, earphones, and watch do not respond when placed, please check whether there are foreign objects around or if the adapter is plugged in correctly or not.
