Product Usage Instructions
Connecting to WIFI
To connect the pet litter box to WIFI:
- Ensure that your WIFI router is emitting a 2.4Ghz signal.
- Follow the instructions in the user manual to connect the pet litter box to your WIFI network.
Cleaning the Feces
To ensure proper cleaning of feces:
- Set an adequate delay time for the feces and cat litter to properly unite. Recommended delay times are at least 10 minutes for bentonite and 20 minutes for short plant cat litter.
Troubleshooting Beeps and Red Light
If you encounter beeps and a solid red light when powering on and starting
the cleaning process:
- Check if the pedal is fully pulled out until both side buckles are stuck and you hear a clicking sound.
- Ensure that the magnet on the cover of the pedal is present. If not, contact customer support for assistance.
Feces Staying Still After Cleaning
If the feces remain still even after the cat litter box finishes cleaning:
- Open the back door and check if the rake is working during the cleaning process.
- If the rake is not moving, ensure that the plastic bags are properly folded to prevent them from covering the sensors.

Can’t not connect to the WIFI
- Because all of the intelligent pet products on Amazon can only support a 2.4Ghz WIFI signal, please make sure you have opened a 2.4Ghz WIFI signal from the route
Does not clean the feces properly
- Please make sure you have set enough delay time for the feces and cat litter to be well united. If not, then the feces will be scattered. (Recommend Time for bentonite is 10 minutes at least, Short plant is 20 minutes at least)

- Please check if you have pull out the pedal until both side of the buckles are stuck and hear the

The rake stuck / stop in the middle of the cleaning route
- If the rake is stable and can not be moved, here are the solutions
- Please make sure there is no feces stick on the bottom.
- Please make sure the cat litter is lower than the “Max” line on the side of the litter pan.
- Please check if the anti-stick bottom protection film is peeling off. If it does, please kindly peel it off completely, so it can’t stop the rake from moving
- If the above all does not work, please pull out the pedal and take out the litter container, and then push back the pedal without the litter container. Long-press the third button (The LED switch button) for 10 seconds to reset the cat litter box until you hear the “Beep” sound, and then restart the cat litter box to see if the rake will work without the cat litter.
- If the rake can be moved easily, then it means the screw is skidded and the reason caused that might be adding too much cat litter, and the rake is overloaded.
