Exercise Tips

  1. The bearing weight of the product shall not exceed 150 KG. Do not use it for people weighing over 150 KG.
  2. Please place the stepper on a flat, stable, and dry ground. It is recommended to place a blanket underneath it to prevent damage to the ground due to long-term use of the stepper. Before each use, please check whether the product is placed stably to avoid accidents caused by product sliding during use!
  3. Stand behind the stepper, place your left foot on the left pedal and step to the bottom before placing your right foot on the right pedal.
  4. Start step practice at a slow pace.
  5. Please do appropriate Warming up before use. After exercise, you can do some stretching exercises to reduce muscle soreness.
  6. If the hydraulic cylinder is continuously used for more than 20 minutes, it will generate heat. It is recommended to use it continuously for no more than 30 minutes at a time, and continue to use it after the hydraulic cylinder has cooled down. Do not touch the hydraulic cylinder after use.
  7. It is generally not recommended to use barefoot, as sweating during barefoot use can easily cause slipping of the soles of the feet. It is recommended to wear anti slip socks or sports shoes for use.
  8. The inclination angle of this stepper conforms to ergonomics and generally does not cause damage to the knees. If the knee feels uncomfortable, it is possible that the pedal height has not been adjusted to the appropriate position. You can loosen the adjustment knob to lower the pedal height. When stepping, shift the center of gravity to the back heel, and do not exceed the knee above the toe.

Exercise Frequency

  • It is recommended to exercise on the stepper 3-4 times a week.

  • At the beginning of exercise, you can start with 5 minutes, then gradually adjust to 15 minutes, and then adjust to 30 minutes. Alternatively, complete in 3 groups of 10 minutes each.
[We recommend adopting this approach more.]

  • The frequency of exercise can be adjusted according to individual circumstances. Please use according to your personal physical condition to avoid damage caused by excessive exercise.

If you have any discomfort such as chest tightness, Tachypnea and dizziness during exercise, please stop exercising immediately and seek medical advice in time.
