Safety Instruction

1. Please confirm that the voltage is 110V and operate it under a reliable grounding protection connection.
2. Turn off the machine and disconnect the power supply. If the equipment is still at high temperature, do not forget to wear insulating gloves.
3. Do not heat it when no cup in the heater, If you do not want to turn off the power supply, please place a similar scrapped cup in the heater (it can be used repeatedly).
4. Please don’t damage the heating parts with a sharp part.
5. This machine is not suitable for juvenile or food processing. Do not let juveniles touch the machine without supervision, even when it is not used.
6. Because the material, size and diameter of printed objects are different, the temperature and time setting are different. As often, sublimation ceramic mugs need to set at 360 ℉ for 200 S; The stainless steel tumbler needs to print with full width, set it to 360 ℉ for 70 seconds, after printing, turn over one side and print for another 30 seconds.
7. To get the best picture of your cup, please test samples to get the appropriate temperature, time and pressure before DIY.

Pressure Adjusting
When pressing the handle down, if you feel that the pressure doesn’t fit for cups, please adjust the pressure with the screw nut. Clockwise rotation is to increase the pressure, anticlockwise rotation is to decrease the pressure.

Time & Temperature Setting (Blue indicates temperature, white indicates time)

1. Turn it on via the “on/off” switch located on the side of the heat press.
2. Press the “SET” button once, screen shows “SP” on the display. Press “▼” or “▲” to set the desired temperature.
3. Press the “SET” button again, screen shows “St” on the display. Press “▼” or “▲” to set the desired time.
4. Press “SET” again when you finish all settings to exit from setting mode.

Operation Step

1. Place the cup heat press machine flat on the table, clean the surface of the cup, print the picture according to your design and cut it. Wrap the picture around the cup, and place the pattern in the center to make it symmetrical on both sides; Fix the paper with high-temperature adhesive tape.
2. Put the DIY cup in the heater to adjust the pressure;
3. Take out the DIY cup and place a scrapped cup in the heater, but please do not press the handle down;
4. Connect the power plug;
5. Turn on the power switch and set the time, and temperature;
6. Take out the scrapped cup when the temperature reaches the setting temperature;
7. Place the DIY cup in the centre of the heater and press the handle down;
8. When the handle is pressed down, the machine starts to count down, and a “didi” alarm is sounded when the time is 0, wear insulated gloves and open the cup machine, take out the cup, tear off the sublimation paper, and the DIY cup is finished.
9. Turn off the power switch.
