Product Usage Instructions

Section 1: Handlebar Installation

1. Loosen the handle stem screw.
2. Adjust the handle stem to a right angle (180 degrees).
3. Adjust the vertical pipe and front fork to the right direction.
4. Loosen the handle stem front screw.
5. Install the handle stem to a right angle.

Section 2: Front Wheel Installation

1. Tighten the fixed screw.
2. Remove the front fork protection and discard it.
3. Remove the front wheel screw.
4. Put the front wheel in the middle of the front fork.
5. Install the front wheel screw with the anti-off gasket.
6. Tighten the front wheel screw securely.

Section 3: Saddle Installation

1. Install the saddle.
2. Adjust the saddle by keeping the screw thread of the same number on both sides.

Section 4: Fender Installation

1. Install the front fender.
2. Install the back fender.

Section 5: Pedal Installation

1. Install the pedals, ensuring the correct placement (R for right, L for left).

Section 6: Brake Adjustment

1. Debug the brake by tightening the right pedal clockwise and the left pedal counterclockwise.
2. Turn the wheel to visually inspect if it rubs against the disc.
3. Loosen the disc brake and adjust the screw.
4. Move the disc brake to make the disc align with the middle of the rubber block, then tighten the regulating screw.
5. To adjust the brake gap, follow these steps:
   • Loosen the compressing screw of the brake cable core.
   • Tighten the brake cable core and adjust the brake gap.
