Product Usage Instructions
- Cleaning
- Before use, soak the new filter for 5 minutes and rinse it for 3 minutes.
- Clean the water tank, drinking tray, and filter tray.
- It is recommended to wash these parts 2-3 times every week to ensure water quality.
- Note:
- Do not take out the marked parts without turning off the power.
- Do not rinse the marked parts, wipe them with a towel.
- Adding Water
- Pour water into the tank, making sure not to exceed the MAX level.
- Water Tank Assembling
- After soaking and rinsing the filter as suggested, assemble the filter tray, filter, and top cover in order, and put them into the water tank.
- Pre-filter Foam Install
- Insert the round pre-filter foam into the filter case under the pump.
- Anti-slip Pad Installation
- Tear off the backing of the 6 round pads and paste them to the vacant round positions on the bottom.
- Charging
- Connect the power cord of the fountain to the adapter and plug it in.
- When the product is charging, the corresponding mode indicator light will flash, and it will stay on constantly once it is fully charged.
- The color of the flashing light during charging will vary depending on the mode.
- Low battery reminder:
- When there is a beep sound of 3 times “Di Di Di” in a row while the water sprouts, it is reminding you to get it charged.
Product Operation
- Power On/Off
- Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the fountain. The blue light will turn on to indicate the default mode of Smart Pause Mode. To turn off the fountain, press and hold the power button again.
- About the 2 Working Modes
- A. Smart Pause Mode: The motion sensor rests for 10 seconds after each activation, conserving power and extending the life of the pump. The sensor range is 120 degrees within 5 meters.
- B. Timed Mode: The fountain restarts every 10 minutes.
- Switch Mode
- After turning on the power, the machine enters Smart Pause Mode, indicated by a blue light. One short slight tap on the power button, accompanied by a beep sound, switches to Timed Mode, indicated by a green light.
- A single tap of the switch toggles between A and B modes, cycling through them with each subsequent tap.
- Charging Indication
- When the product is charging, the corresponding mode indicator light will flash, and it will stay on constantly once it is fully charged.
- The color of the flashing light during charging will vary depending on the mode.
- Low Battery Alert
- When the battery is low on power, there will be a beep sound of 3 times “Di Di Di” to remind you to get it charged.
- FAQ
- Q: How often should I replace the filter cartridges?
- A: It is suggested to replace the filter cartridges every 2-3 weeks.

Water Tank Part
USE GUIDANCE
- Cleaning

Before using the product, read the instruction manual carefully and keep it properly
- What is suggested to do:
- For the health of your furry friends, it is suggested to replace the filter every 2-3 weeks and replace the pre-filter foam every 2-4 weeks.
- Please clean the water tank, water plate, filter tray, and filter 2-3 times every week, to remove hair, dirt, and food particles.
- For the first use of every filter, please soak it for 5 min and rinse it for 3 min before use.
- What is forbidden:
- Do not repair, disassemble, or retrofit the product by yourself.
- Do not hit or drop the product, it may cause damage to the product.
- Do not let children operate it alone, please make sure to do it under the guidance of an adult.
- Do not expose this product to the sun for a long time, nor to use it in the rainy outdoors.
