Obtaining alkaline water

  1. Touch the ALKALINE button to select the desired level (level 1~4)
  2. After choosing the desired level of alkali water, touch the on/off button to get water

Setting volume

  1. Hold the ALKALINE button for 5 seconds to enter volume set mode
  2. Choose the desired volume setting by pressing the ALKALINE button (1~6)
  3. When the desired volume level is set, after about 4 seconds to volume setting is complete.

  7. Do not use in place with low water pressure (below 14.2psi) and source water quantity (under 1ℓ/min).

Filter Replacement

  • To drink clean water, exchange the filter regularly according to the filter exchange period. Please replace it every 6 months or 1000 gallons of use, whichever comes first.
  • Filter exchange period may differ depending on usage amount, water quality, and water pressure.
  • If you use more water, the filter will have to be replaced sooner. Even if you use less water, there is a risk of bacterial growth from impurities trapped during the usage period. Therefore, a timer is set to remind you to replace the filter 6 months after the initial filter replacement.
  • Even if the filter exchange icon does not operate, exchange in any of the following cases.
  • When there is a smell or odd taste Exchange filter when the icon telling filter exchange on the display unit flashes.
  • When it is time to replace the filter, an alarm alerts you every time you use water, followed by the flashing of the sign “filter” on the faucet and an audio announcement saying, “Please replace the filter.” Even if the volume is muted, this audio announcement will be announced when it’s time to replace the filter.
  • After the filter replacement alert comes on, we recommend that you replace the filter within a week. You can continue to use the water as usual without any issues during this period. It is safe to drink and utilize normally.
  • After replacing the filter, it is required to do a filter reset.

Resetting the filter

  1. In standby mode HoId the PURIFIED button for 5 seconds to reset the filter
  2. sound“dding” with fiIter reset is complete, the filter will stop blinking.
  • It is normal for black water to come out from the new filter due to the activated carbon.
  • After replacing the filter, please run purified water for about 3 minutes before use. After 3 minutes, if black water continues to come out, please keep running the water until clear water comes out.
  • If water does not come out after replacing the filter, please try running it several times as it may be in the process of priming the water.

Product Usage Method, pH Concentration

pH measurement method

  • Drop 3 drops of pH measurement liquid in the container and fill 10cc with water to be measured. Shake 2~3 times and color changes.
  • Compare color with colorimetric table and read the color’ value to complete measurement.

  • Do not put pH-measured water into the eye or drink it.
  • Seal pH-measured water and store it in a place away from children’s hands.
  • Do not place near fire. It may cause fire

Storage and management method after usage

  1. Make sure the power is off when moving the unit.
  2. When cleaning, do not let water enter inside the main unit.
  3. Do not block output or bend, twist, or press the hose.
  4. Use a smooth cloth to lightly wipe the surface of the main unit.
  5. Do not store in hot, moist places.

  • If you press the convex protrusion of the fitting with your fingernail or a screwdriver and pull the hose, it will detach.
  • Push the hose all the way into the fitting (about 2mm) and connect it.

Preparation before Installation

  • Check all the components of the product. 30mm hole cutter, power drill, wrench, etc.

Precautions before installation

  • Sink top thickness (0.4~1” thickness is possible).
  • Sinkhole drilling (Need a 1-1/4” hole).
  • When installing natural marble, use a special hole cutter for turning and lock the main valve before installation.

  • Mark the position for installing the faucet on the sink and attach Use the drill to create a groove.

  • To connect the main body of the ionizer, turn the connection part counterclockwise to disassemble it.

  • While pressing the IN and OUT fittings on the lower part of the main body of the ionizer with your fingernail or a crosshead screwdriver, push the hose inwards, then pull it out to disconnect.
  1. To turn off the cold water valve, turn the valve clockwise.

  3. Please check if there is a packing (black O-ring) inside the adapter, and connect it to the cold water valve.

  5. Turn the nut of the adapter counterclockwise to detach it.

  7. Please connect the 1/4″ hose connected to the main valve adapter to the IN side of the pressure-reducing valve.

Fuse Change

The fuse is located at the upper portion of the back of the unit.

  1. The fuse can be removed if rotated counter-clockwise with a screwdriver.
  2. Insert the new fuse (3.15A)
  3. Tighten the fuse by rotating it clockwise with a screwdriver.
  • Note: When changing the fuse, please make sure to unplug the power cord first. Not doing so may cause an electric shock.
