Caution

Before the first please tear Off the protective film on the earbuds. Then put the earbuds into the case to fully charge.

Charge by Type-C cable

Place the earphone into the charging case properly, then use the included Type-C charging cable to connect the charging case and plug the other end into the power supply with an adapter(not will start charging. After a full charge, the digital display number is displayed as 100.

Note:

  • If the power of the earphones is lower than 10%(voltage is lower than 3.55V). You will hear the voice prompt of “Battery low”. If there is no charging and the voltage of the earphones is lower than 3.2V will automatically shut down.
  • If the earbuds don’t charge or even can’t turn on because of an oxidized magnet connector, you can handle this problem by using a clcohol rag to clean the magnet connector on the earbuds and charging case.

Turn On/Off

Turn on

  • Open the case, the earphones will turn on automatically, Or press and hold the left & right earphones for 3 seconds to turn on.
  • Indicator Light: Red and blue lights flash alternately.

Turn off
After putting the earphones into the charging case and closing it, the earphones will automatically turn off and start charging. Or press and hold the earphones for 15 seconds to turn them off. Indicator Light: The red light flashes 2 times and then turns off.

Note:
Earphones will automatically turn off after 10 minutes of no connection.

Bluetooth Connection

First Time Pairing

Step 1
Take twin earphones out from the charging case, they will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.

Indicator light:
The main earphone – the red and blue light flashes alternately, the auxiliary earphone – the light is off.

Step 2
Turn on the Bluetooth function of the device, “DB24” will appear on the Bluetooth search page, click “DB24” to pair, and the LED light of the earphones will turn off after the pairing is successful.

For Second Time Use
If the earphones have already connected with your device, and the Bluetooth setting of this device is on, the second time you use it, when you take out the earphones from the charging case, they will connect with your device automatically.

Pair with Other Devices

  • T24 earphones Bluetooth has a memory function, it usually auto connects with the last paired device.
  • Therefore, if you want to pair them with other devices, you should prevent the “DB24” from connecting with the last paired device.

It can be prevented by the following methods.

  1. Turn off the Bluetooth of the last paired device,
  2. Turn on the Bluetooth Of the last paired device, and delete “DB24” from this device.
  3. Quickly tap the earphones 5 times to clear the earphone’s history.

Multi-Function Operations

Reset Operation

You might need to reset the earbuds if you experience any connectivity problems or function issues.

  1. Touch Five clicks the Multi-Function Button on either earphone, the indicator light-red light flashes 2 times and then goes out. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally.

Maintenance

  • After a period Of use, the charging metal contacts Of the earphones may be polluted by sweat and dirt, causing the earphones to fail to turn on or charge; and the protective grille Of both earphones may accumulate earwax and dust, resulting in muffed volume.
  • If you experience issues with the earphones not charging, use a clean, soft cloth to gently wipe the charging metal contacts to remove sweat and dirt.
  • If you experience earphone sound muffled, not as loud as when you first started using it. Use a soft brush or cotton swab to gently remove earwax and dust from the grille. Avoid using sharp objects to avoid damage.SOARS-T24-Earphone-fig- \(11\)
  • Your earbuds are sweat and water-resistant, but the charging port and charging case are not waterproof, so don’t wash them with water.

Question And Answer

  • Q: Why these earphones can not pair with my mobile phones?
    A:
1. Please make sure the earphones are fully charged and powered on.
2. Please make sure the Bluetooth Of your phone is turned on.
3. Remove the protective film from the bottom Of the earphones.
4. Please make sure that this is the first time the earphones are connected. If the earphones have been connected to your other devices before connecting to the phone, please turn Off the Bluetooth Of other devices first.
5. If the above 4 points have no problem, please put earphones into the case again and close the case, hold on for Imin, then open the charging case and reconnect the earphones with your phone.
  • Q: Why does the music cut in or cut out?
    A: First, please do not let the distance between these earphones and your phone be more than 100 feet(without obstacle). If the distance is less than 100 feet, please take the steps as follows:
1. Put earphones back into the case and close it, find “DB24” in the Bluetooth list, and Click “Forget the device” on your phone.
2. After 10s later, open the case and reconnect these earphones to your phone.
  • Q: Are these earphones sweatproof and waterproof?
    A: These earphones are IPX7, it is sweatproof and waterproof. As for electronic products, our recommendation is not to put the earphones in the water.
