Frequently Asked Questions and Troubleshooting

Why doesn't the signal cover a large enough distance in the room?

A: Check if the receiving antenna on the display terminal is turned on. B: Different houses have varying wall materials, which can affect 2.4G signal propagation. If the signal is weak, try adjusting the placement position.

Why is there always background noise?

Continuous background noise may be present due to external environmental factors, causing the sound monitoring to remain active.

How can I eliminate the whistling sound?

A: If you experience howling, ensure that the display screen is positioned at least 1.5 meters or more away from the monitor. Tip: Avoid placing the microphones of the display screen and the monitor directly facing each other. Some users may experience confusion when operating the device due to background noise. This is considered an uncontrollable factor.

Why is the temperature reading inaccurate?

A: Indoor temperature variations can result in differences in readings due to air circulation. B: When a temperature sensor is introduced to a new environment, it may exhibit significant errors within the first two hours of operation.
