1B. Levels 1-5 are the adjustment of the sensitivity of the product’s barking recognition, Level 5 is the most sensitive level and level 1 is the least level.
1C. The bark collar uses an intelligent identification IC, which can identify the barking frequency and decibels of dogs. However, some dog barking sounds may be special in the actual application environment, and a small part of the barking may be similar to the dog barking frequency in a practical environment, so we suggest the following usage.

  • In the early use, please stay with your dog until he/she gets used to the collar.
  • When your dog is playing with other dogs, we do not recommend using the bark collar in this environment, because dogs are prone to barking when they are playing and getting excited.
  • When wearing the product for the first time, please select level 3, which is the moderate sensitivity level that suits most situations .
  • If some sounds can activate the product, the frequency of the sound may be similar to that of a 1 dog barking. If the dog is in sound environment, the sensitivity will need to be reduced.
  • The bark collar collects most of the dog barking. If your dog barks sometimes cannot activate the product, you can try to increase the sensitivity level.
