FOR INSTALLATION
Use a power cord with this as per product’s power specifications or higher and use the power cord for this appliance only. In addition, do not use an extension cord
-Do not use it together with a power strip or other device. Do not extend the power cord
-Connect power matching to voltage / frequency / rated current conditions
-Do not install this appliance near a heater, or flammable material
-Do not install this appliance in a humid, oily or dusty location, in a location exposed to direct sunlight and water (or rain)
-Do not install this appliance in a location where gas may leak This appliance must be properly grounded to Neutral Earth. Do not ground the appliance to a gas pipe, plastic, water pipe, or telephone line
-Make sure to use a socket-outlet with ground (Neutral Earth) connection
-The water generated during heating by the outdoor unit may overflow and result in property damage. Particularly, in winter, if a block of ice falls, it may result in injury, death or property damage
-The installation of this appliance must be performed by a qualified technician.
-Do not attempt to install the air conditioner yourself.

FOR POWER SUPPLY
-Do not pull or excessively bend the power cord.
-Do not twist or tie the power cord.
-Do not hook the power cord over a metal object, place a heavy object on the power cord, insert the power cord between objects, or push the power cord into the space behind the appliance.
-If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the authorised service technician.

FOR USING
If the product has been immersed in water or shows any abnormal sign, please contact the Customer Service Centre.
-Do not arbitrarily disassemble, repair or modify it.
-In the event of a gas leak (such as propane gas, LP gas, etc.), ventilate immediately without touching the power cord. Do not touch the appliance or power cord.
-Do not use a ventilating fan.
-Do not touch the circuit breaker with wet hands.
-After unpacking the air conditioner, keep all packaging materials well out of the reach of children, as packaging materials can be dangerous to children.
-Do not touch the air-flow blade with your hands or fingers during cooling.
-Do not insert your fingers or foreign substances into the air inlet/outlet of the air conditioner.
-Do not place an object near the outdoor unit that allows children to climb onto the machine.
-If any foreign substance such as water has entered the appliance, cut off the power supply and contact the customer care helpline.
-Check that the installation frame of the outdoor unit is not broken at least once a year.
-Do not stand on top of the appliance or place objects (such as laundry, lighted candles, lighted cigarettes, dishes, chemicals, metal objects, etc.) on the appliance.
-Do not spray volatile material such as insecticide onto the surface of the appliance.

FOR CLEANING
-Before cleaning, servicing, or performing maintenance, make sure to disconnect the product from its power source and wait until the fan stops.
-Take care when cleaning the surface of the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit since it has sharp edges.

FOR R-32 REFRIGERANT
-If the air conditioner malfunctions or requires repair, immediately stop its operation and disconnect the power supply. Then contact the brand’s Customer Care helpline.
-Do not use means to accelerate the defrost operation or to clean, other than those recommended by the brand. Do not pierce or burn.
-Be aware that refrigerants may not contain an odour. The product shall be stored in a room with no ignition sources (e.g. open flames, gas appliance, electric heater, etc.).
-Note that the refrigerant has no odour.
-When the air conditioner does not operate properly for cooling or heating, there is a possibility of refrigerant leakage. If any leakage, stop operation, ventilate the room, and contact our Customer Care immediately for recharging refrigerant.
-The refrigerant is not harmful. However, if it comes in contact with fire, it may generate harmful gases and there is risk of fire.
-During transportation of the indoor unit, the pipe lines shall be covered with brackets for protection. Do not move the product while holding the pipe lines. It may cause gas leakage.
-Do not cut or burn the refrigerant container or pipe line.

INDOOR UNIT

OUTDOOR UNIT

WALL AIR-CONDITIONER
The conditioner is comprises of two units 1.Indoor Unit 2.Outdoor Unit Both the units are connected together through copper pipes (properly insulated) and an electrical cable.
The indoor unit is installed inside the house, on a strong brick wall, where cooling is required
The outdoor unit is installed outside of the house, on the floor or on the wall using strong brackets.

INDOOR DISPLAY

EMERGENCY OPERATION KEY
This button can be used as an emergency measure to turn on/off a unit when remote is not available.
When the remote is lost or damaged, use the emergency operation key on the main unit. In such an event, the unit operates in the Auto Mode.

REMOTE

GENERAL FEATURES:
The remote has following features

  • Display: Dual digit display with LED indicators.
  • Backlit Display
  • Preset temperature setting from 16°C to 30°C.
  • Different Fan Speeds : Low, Medium, High, Auto & Turbo
  • Timer can be set in hour to turn ON/OFF the machine.
  • Memory backup in case of power failure.

REPLACEMENT OF BATTERIES
-When the signal from the remote becomes weak and the indoor unit cannot receive it properly; or the indications on the display screen becomes blurred, please slide the back cover and replace the batteries.
-The positive and negative poles must match the marked position on the remote.
-New batteries of the same type have to be used for replacement.
-If the remote is not to be used for long time, take the batteries out, to prevent leakage of electrolyte from the batteries

OPERATING CONDITIONS

  1. Use this air conditioner under following conditions
  2. If the air conditioner operates in a high-humidity environment in cool mode for an extended period of time, condensation may occur.
  3. For performance parameters refer to the nameplate.
  4. The waterproof level of the indoor unit is IP24. Do not use it in the laundry area or bathroom.
  5. The outdoor unit should not be installed in a closed area.

CLEAN & CARE

WARNING!

  1. Switch OFF the unit and pull out the power plug before cleaning the air conditioner to avoid electric shock.

  2. Never throw water on the indoor unit and the outdoor unit as it may lead to electric shock.

  3. Never use volatile liquid to clean the unit as it may cause damage.

  4. For all product service related exercise, always refer to a qualified professional only. Contact the brand Customer Care

  5. CLEAN THE FRONT PANEL
    Wipe the front panel with a clean dry cloth to clean the dust.
    NOTE: Please do not use water to clean the front panel as microcomputer components and circuit diagrams on the front panel any get damaged.

  6. CLEAN THE AIR FILTER (*Recommended once every two weeks)
    NOTE: If the indoor unit is operating in a dusty environment, the dust filter may need regular cleaning. After taking off the filter, do not touch the fin of the indoor unit, in order to avoid hurting your fingers.

  7. CHECK BEFORE USE

  8. Be sure that nothing obstructs the air outlet and intake vents.

  9. Check whether the ground (Neutral Earth) wire is properly connected or not.

  10. Check the batteries of the Remote.

  11. Check the mounting stands/brackets of the outdoor unit. If damaged, please contact the brand Customer Care helpline.

  1. Do’s: a. Always drop off your used electrical/electronic products, batteries, cables, adapters, and packaging materials after the end of their life at the nearest authorized collection point/centre. b. Separate the packaging material according to their respective waste disposal options and sorting for recycling. c. Always call Authorized E-waste Recyclers to Dispose off products that have reached end-of life.
  2. Don’ts: a. Never dump E-waste in Garbage bins or Municipal solid waste streams. b. Do not dispose of your product as unsorted municipal waste. c. Do not throw or dispose of used, damaged or leaking batteries & products into household waste.
