Q: Where can I find the instructional videos on how to set up the
projector?
Q: I can't play Netflix video on the projector, why?
A: There are quite a few video platforms like Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu are under HDCP copyright protection, and thus do not support being displayed on a projector, this is the same situation for all projectors. You would need a Roku/TV stick to enjoy these video platforms.
Q: The projector is not that bright when using it, how should I do?
A: ① Use rechargeable mode as much as possible: In order to obtain the best brightness and projection effect, it is recommended that users use the rechargeable mode as much as possible when using the projector. Using the battery mode may cause a decrease in brightness and a deterioration in the projection effect. ② Ensure the battery is fully charged: Before using the projector, please ensure that the battery is fully charged. Using an uncharged battery may affect the brightness and projection effect. ③ Avoid over- discharging: Please avoid over-discharging the battery. When the battery level is below a certain preset value, the projector may automatically shut down to protect the battery. Over-discharging the battery may damage the battery and affect its life and performance.
Q: I adjust the focus with the remote control but the picture is still
blurry, what should do?
A: ①The recommended projection distance is 4ft-9.5ft(1.2m-3m). ②Please adjust your projection distance accordingly and adjust the focus until you reach the best image quality.
Q: I connect the projector and my phone with same WiFi, but I can't find
the projector's name when I want to do screen mirroring.
Q: I can't connect the projector with my sound bar. How should I fix this
problem?
① Please make sure you followed our operation steps correctly. And make sure your sound bar has not connected to any other Bluetooth devices. ② Since there are so many different kinds of Bluetooth speakers on the This is a challenge all the projectors on the market are facing with and working to improve. Please email us for further instructions.
Q: I received the projector but it has no remote control. Could you send it
to me?
A: If the product you receive is missing any accessories, please let us know what accessory do you miss. We will send them to you as soon as possible.
Q: The projector worked for ten minutes and suddenly shut down. What should
I do?
A: We promise that our projector has been carefully checked before shipping. However the long time and distance shipping may cause damage to the projector. If your projector can not work, please contact us and we will offer you satisfactory solution.
Q: I contact the customer service team as suggested, but has not received
any reply. Why?
A: We promise that we will reply to all the emails within 24 hours. If you haven't received any reply from us more than one day, then maybe our email has been blocked or has gone to the spam email box. Please send us email again or contact us by Instagram (see QR code on Page 01). Thank you for your understanding.
Q: There appears big brown spots in the projector's screen after I use the
it for about 3 months. Can I have this problem solved?
A: ① This phenomenon is often caused by overheating of the projector. Please make sure the projector's ventilation inlet and outlet uncovered to ensure that the projector can dissipate heat properly. ② Please turn off the projector, wait for a few hours until it totally cooled off. And then restart the projector. ③ If you can not solve your problem, please feel free to contact us. Our projector offers three-year warranty. We will be responsible for any quality problem of it.
Tips: To prolong the life of the projector, we recommend you to clean or exchange the dustproof net every two months. If you need the dustproof nets , please email us, we will send 10 Pieces of Dust-Proof Net for you for free so that you could replace it regullarly.

- Install 2 pieces of AAA batteries into the remote before using it. Do not combine new batteries with old ones in a remote controller, which can cause operation failure due to insufficient power supply.
- When using the remote controller, please make sure that the signal transmitter of the remote controller aims at the infrared signal receiver ofthe projector.
CONNECTION OVERVIEW
The An1 projector consists of two parts: the projector body and the external battery base. The battery base can be used alone as a battery. It can also be combined with the projector body to make it a battery-powered projector.
Combined use
Use the Type-C port to charge the battery. When the battery is being charged, the indicator light stays on in red. When the battery is fully charged, the indicator light turns off.
The battery can be combined with the projector body. Place the projector body
on the battery base and press gently. Make sure the body is tightly linked to
the base from all sides.
When combined together, the battery can power the projector so that you can use the projector without a power cable. Please note that the brightness of the projector would decrease at this mode to to ensure the projector can work for a longer time. (You can still use the power cable under the combined mode. The brightness would go back to normal range.)
Notes:
- It is estimated to take 3.5 hours to charge the battery base alone, and 11.5 hours to charge the battery under combined mode when the projector is working.
- When the indicator light is flashing, it might be the charging time is too long/ fault alarm/ battery abnormality, etc. You can re-plug the power supply
Take it apart and use
