Please read the user manual carefully before use and keep it for future reference.

• This product only works with the power adapter with an DC output of 5V-1A. Please use the power adapter that meets the relevant national or regional standards. Otherwise, it may result in security risks or damage to the product.
• Before use, please carefully read through the user manual. Once installed or used, it means you have read and accepted all the provisions in the user manual.
• Damage caused by incorrect operation and use of this product will not be covered by the warranty.

  Use this product according to the actual situation of the pet and use it in a cold, dry area, away from fire sources.

• Though this is a low-voltage product, watch out for electric leakage caused by dogs chewing on the cord.

• Please place the product horizontally and avoid overturning it to prevent malfunctions or spillage of water.

• Do not place this product in the dishwasher for cleaning.

• If you do not use this product for a long time, please unplug the power cord.

• For children, they should use this product under adults’ guidance.

• Please leave any repairs to specialists or carry out repairs under the guidance of professional personnel to avoid causing various injuries.

Attention Please!

1. Warmly recommended to clean the whole pet water fountain including the pump, filter and pre-filter sponge every week.
2. Replace the filter and the pre-filter sponge every 15-20 days.
3. Pay attention to the indicator light: red light means lacking water and flashing red light means that the pump is blocked(Colorful light indicates normal work state).
4. Not dishwasher safe.

Part Name

Installation

Step 1:Press the pump firmly onto the bottom of the basin, with its LED bead located right above the light icon and its 4 suction cups located on the 4 suction cup icons.

Step 2: Fill the basin with clean drinking water.

Step 3: Cover the basin with the filter tray, with the outlet pipe of the pump well aligned and connected to the inlet pipe of the filter tray.
Besides, run the cable through the cable slot as shown.

Step 4: Install the filter.Filter installation tips below:
1)Thoroughly rinse and soak before use; 2) Flat side up.

Step 5: Place the top water tray over the filter tray.

Step 6: Align and insert the detachable spout into the water tray.
Before inserting in the detachable spout, make sure the recessions on the inlet pipe of the detachable spout and the protrusions on the inner wall of the the outlet of the water tray are aligned , you can only install the detachable spout in one way, which is user- friendly.

Step 7: Plug it in and it starts to work. Note: Rated DC power supply: DC 5V 1A.

LED Indicator Light

3-In-1 Function: Normal working indicator + Lack water reminder + pump blockage reminder
Warm Tips:

1. Check water level by a glance at the visible basin or pay attention to the LED indicator light. Fill up the water fountain before leaving home.
2. Clean the pump in time to remove blockage when flashing red light appears.

Colorful Light| In normal state (enough water inside), indicator light shows up colorful.

Red Light| When basin lacks water, indicator light will transfer from colorful to red to remind you of low water level  and time to refill, meanwhile, pump will auto stop working to protect itself from running dry.
Flashing red light| When the pump is blocked, the light will transfer from colorful to flashing red light.

Cleaning & Maintenance(Every Week)

Note:

1. Unplug before cleaning and maintenance;
2. Not dishwasher-safe.
3. Please clean the whole fountain including the pump, filter, and pre-filter sponge every week.

Part 1: Clean the whole pet water fountain

1. Clean all parts except the electrical components(The electrical components should be kept dry).
2. Clean the pet water fountain with clean water, not detergent or other chemicals.

Part 2: Clean the water pump
Cleaning the water pump helps extend the longevity of it.Cleaning it weekly keeps it free of blockage that causes restricted water flow, reduced water quality, and noise.

Step 1：Remove and clean the pump sponge.

Step 2: Remove the pump cover.

Step 3: Remove the rotor cap by a fingernail.

Step 4: Remove the rotor with tweezers and clean it with the brush.

Step 5: Clean the rotor chamber and other parts with the brush.

Filter Replacement(Every 15-20 Days)

Rinse before use: .

1. To ensure safety and filtering effect, please use the original filter.
2. Rinse it before use(Cannot be contaminated by oil).

When to replace:

1. Generally recommended to replace the carbon filter and the pre-filter sponge every 15- 20 days, which is based on our experiments, please judge the specific use time according to the real situations (The number of pets in a family,pets’ behavior, water  quality, etc).
2. Replace it more often if multiple pets use the fountain. 3.If there is a sign of slow water flow, blockage or broken filter, please change filter timely.

QA

1.Q: How to add water?

A: Please remove all the top pieces and add water directly through the basin, instead of the top water tray, such that spillage can be avoided.

2.Q: Is it necessary to clean the filter while adding water or cleaning the whole pet water fountain weekly?

A: Yes. Please rinse the filter under tap water in either condition mentioned. By doing so, the pet hair or debris caught on the filter can be stopped from entering the basin once the spillway hole works due to an overflow.

3.Q: What’s the indicator light for?

A: In normal working state, colorful light remains on. When it lacks water, the light will transfer from colorful to red. When the pump is blocked, the light will transfer from colorful to flashing red light.
