Product Information
- The product is a USB-C to DisplayPort (DP) cable that allows you to connect your USB-C device to a DP port on a monitor or display. It supports DP1.4 and is backward compatible with DP 1.3/1.2/1.1. The cable has a signal transmission speed of up to 32.4Gbps, depending on the resolution and refresh rate of your device and monitor. It can support resolutions up to 8K@60Hz, 5K@240Hz/120Hz/60Hz, 4K@120Hz/144Hz/90Hz/60Hz, and 2K@240Hz/200Hz.
- Please note that the cable is uni-directional, meaning it can only transmit from USB-C to DP port. It does not require any drivers and is plug-and-play.
- For compatibility, please check the provided compatibility list. If your device is not listed, make sure the USB-C port of your device supports Dp Alt Mode. Product Usage Instructions
- Check the compatibility list provided to ensure that your device is compatible with the cable. If your device is not listed, make sure the USB-C port supports Dp Alt Mode.
- Connect one end of the cable to the USB-C port on your device.
- Connect the other end of the cable to the DP port on your monitor or display.
- Ensure that both ends of the cable are securely connected.
- Turn on your device and monitor.
- If necessary, adjust the resolution and refresh rate settings on your device and monitor to achieve the desired display output.

A : It supports DP1.4 and is backward compatible with DP 1.3/ 1.2/ 1.1.
It could support 8K@60Hz, 5K@240Hz/ 120Hz/ 60Hz, 4K@120Hz/ 144Hz/ 90Hz/ 60Hz,
and 2K@240Hz/ 200Hz (But it also depends on the resolution and refresh rate of
your device and monitor. For example, if your laptop supports 8K@60Hz but
monitor is 4K @ 60Hz. It can only output 4K @ 60Hz.) The signal transmission
speed could reach to 32.4Gbps.
Q: Will it support transmitting pictures from the DP port to USB-C?
A : No, this product is uni-directional, from USB-C to DP port only.
Q: Does it require drivers?
A : No, it doesn’t. Just plug and play.
Q: Does this product support Clam Shell Mode?
A : Certainly, please feel free to connect your device to a large monitor
for your convenience, but the laptop has to keep charging.
Q: Can it reach the speed of Thunderbolt 3?
A : There will be a bit of consumption of the transmission speed due to
the different lengths. If you want a higher speed, we suggest you use the
shorter cable. That will provide you with a high-speed transmission.

From the USB-C port of the MacBook Pro to the DP port on the monitor. then
from the USB-C port of the first monitor to the DP port on the second monitor?
A : The cable can connect your MacBook Pro to the first monitor but not
to the second one. If you would like to do daisy chain, please use DisplayPort
