Q: Does the USB 3.0 port support charging?
A: Charging is not supported. The USB port is only designed for data transfer.

Q: Can I use all ports simultaneously?
A: Certainly, but it supports only 1 HDD or SSD at a time.

Q: My hub is getting hot, is it normal?
A: The device keeps transferring signals, so it is normal to get hot. If the hub is overheated, please use another HDMI cable. The temperature problem has been considered when we designed it. We have made the best effort to reduce the temperature on the surface.

Q: Can I use this to play video from my phone to my laptop?
A: Sorry, phones and laptops are both output devices. They can not receive signals like monitors, TVs and projectors.

Q: What should I do if the screen is flickering?
A: Try it on other USB C ports or reconnect everything on your device. Restart your device. Make sure the cable is not connected through the hub and connection points are clean, if not, please wipe them gently with cotton swabs or soft cloths. If the problem remains unsolved, please contact us through support@uniaccessories.com

Q: What should I do if the mouse is unstable?
A: Try changing to another port or device and checking if the mouse can work normally.
