1. Drill a suitable hole according to the rivet nut you decide to use.

2. Fully Open the handles.

3. Screw the rivet nut onto the mandrel.

4. Make sure the rivet nut ts fully screwed onto the mandrel and clings to the locknut of the nosepiece.

5. Insert the screwed rivet nut tnto the prepared hole of the workpiece.

6. Squeeze the handles to deform the rivet nut and fasten tt against the workpiece. Open and squeeze the handles 2-3 times to make sure the rivet nut is fastened.

7. Rotate the knob counterclockwise to quit the rivet nut gun.

8. Quit the gun and insert a screw or bolt to grip the rivet nut.

Replace the Mandrel

1. Close the handles, and use the versatile Spanner to loosen the locknut of the nosepiece.

2. Take off the locknut.

3. Pull down the fixing sheath and expose the mandrel seat and threaded mandrel.

4. Unscrew the threaded mandrel.

5. Assemble the new threaded mandrel into the mandrel seat and screw it tightly.

6. Release the fixing sheath.

7. Screw the locknut of the nosepiece into the head.

8. Get ready to continue riveting.
