Metaframe PF100 Digital Photo Frame
Product Information
The Cloud Photo Frame, also known as Metaframe, is a digital photo frame that allows you to display and share your photos and videos wirelessly. It comes with a user-friendly mobile app that enables easy management and control of the frame.
Product Quick Start
- Photo frame activation: To set up the photo frame for the first time, follow these steps:
- Secure the frame for support and connect it to a power supply (the frame will turn on automatically).
- Follow the activation wizard to select the language of the photo frame.
- Connect the photo frame to the Internet via the wireless network settings.
- If a new version of the Metaframe software is available, it is recommended to complete the software upgrade immediately.
- After completing the wizard, you will receive the FrameID and Frame Email for the frame.
- Register an account and add a photo frame:
- Download the Metaframe app from Google Play or App Store and sign up for a new account using your email address.
- Login with your new account and click on “Add Photo Frame” as prompted.
- In the “Add Frame” window, fill in the FrameID and name for the frame.
- Click “Send” to share selected photos to the photo frame. You can also preview and filter the photos before sending.
- Share photos to frames via Email:
- Each frame has a unique Frame Email. You can send photos to this email address for the frame to receive them.
- There is no limit to the number of photos you can share via email, but the maximum size is 30MB. Videos cannot be shared to the photo frame.
- Invite friends to share photos:
- You can share the photo frame with your family and friends in various ways:
- Send the FrameID to a friend.
- Send Frame Email to a friend.
- Click “Invite Friends” in the Metaframe app and enter your friend’s email address to send an invitation.
- Click “Invite Friends” in the Metaframe app and send the invitation link to your friends via social media programs.
- Special Note: Recommended wireless network connection for photo frames:
- To access all the features of Metaframe, it is recommended to connect your photo frame to a wireless network.
Share a Photo
To share a photo from the Metaframe app:
- Open the Metaframe app and go to the “Gallery” tab.
- Select the images or videos you want to share.
- You can swipe left or right to batch select images.

Quick Start
Photo frame activation
If you are using Metaframe for the first time, please follow the steps below to complete the photo frame setup:
- First, secure the frame for support and connect it to the power supply (the frame will turn on automatically);
- After the photo frame is powered on, it will go to the activation wizard;
- Follow the wizard to select the language of the photo frame;
- Connect the photo frame to the Internet via the wireless network settings;

- After completing the wizard, you will get the frame FrameID and Frame Email.
Register an account and add a photo frame
- Download the “Metaframe” app.
- Search for “Metaframe” in “Google Play” or “APP Store” and download it. Download.
- Sign up for a new account using your email address.
- After registering, use your new account to login. You will enter the main interface of APP, please click “Add Photo Frame” button as prompted. button.
- In the “Add Frame” window, fill in the frame FrameID and name the frame.
- Once you’re done adding photos, you can share them in the frame!
Note: The first user to add a frame is the owner user by default, and all users who add frames after that are guest users. Guest After a guest user adds a photo frame, the owner of the photo frame will receive a prompt message on Metaframe APP and the photo frame, and the owner can choose to agree or reject the message on Metaframe APP or the photo frame. - Share a photo
Sharing photos to frames via Metaframe APP
- Go to the Metaframe APP and click on the “Gallery” tab below.
- Select the images and videos you want to share, and you can also swipe left and right to batch select images.
- After clicking “Next”, you can choose which frame you want to share these pictures to, and you can choose to share them to more than one frame at the same time. You can choose to share them in more than one frame at the same time.
- Click “Send” to share these photos to the photo frame; you can also click “Send Preview” to view the photos you selected, in the preview screen you can filter these photos again. You can also click “Send Preview” to see the photos you have selected, and in the preview screen, you can filter these photos again.
Warning
- You can select up to 100 pictures and videos per send. The maximum length of the video you can send through the APP is 15s, when you select more than 15s, only the first 15s of the video will be sent by default.
- When you select a video longer than 15s, only the first 15s of the video will be sent by default, you can also crop the video by long-pressing the video to enter the preview interface.
- You can also crop the video after long press the video to enter the preview interface, and then send any continuous clip within 15s in the video.
Share photos to frames via Email
- Each frame has a unique Frame Email.
- After sending photos to this email address, the frame can receive them as well.
There is no limit to the number of photos you can share via email, only the size, maximum 30M. you can’t share Video to photo frame.
Invite friends to share photos
- You can share the photo frame with your family and friends in many ways, so that everyone can share the wonderful images to the photo frame together.
- The ways include:
- Send the FrameID to a friend.

How do I make a photo frame play a specified photo?
- After entering the album, click the “√” button in the upper right corner or long press any photo to enter the photo selection mode, then select the photo you want to play and click the play button in the top operation menu.

Can I delete photos in bulk?
- You can batch delete.
- Click Albums in order => Batch (top right corner) => Select All or Manually Select Photos => Delete.
Does it support connecting to hidden WiFi?
- Support to add.
- Click Settings => WiFi => Add Network (bottom) => Fill out the form => Submit.
What should I do if I can’t load FrameID?
- As a priority, check if your frame is connected to the Internet via WiFi, or if it is, try disconnecting it and restarting it.
- If not, go to Settings/About and check if the first 3 items are all checked.
- If it is not solved, go to Settings/About and check if the first 3 items are correct, if yes, try to restart the frame.
- If you still can’t get the FrameId after restarting, you need to send the popup box that appears on the frame to the after-sales service.
