Quick start

Key function

Descriptions for key function:

Power key| Long press power key to start up. Under starting up state, long press power key to pop up shutdown option. Under starting up state, short press power key to close the screen.

Volume key| Press it can increase or decrease machine volume

Homepage interface

The main interface can display wallpaper and frequently used APP, you can move the APP to the main interface according to you preference.

And you can also change wallpaper by yourself, enter setting → Wallpaper → Choose wallpaper from (live wallpapers/ photos/wallpapers )to set wallpaper of your homepage interface.

Access to application program

How to visit application program of tablet:

  1. Swipe up on the main screen to enter the application program (As shown in Figure 2-2).
  2. Select the application program you want to visit.
  3. If you want to exit the program interface, press the return key to the last interface, or press the homepage key to return homepage interface directly.
Character input

Use screen keyboard

When you start the program or select text edit box needing to input characters or numbers, screen keyboard will show. The following input methods are provided for the keyboard to select.

  1. Keyboard
  2. Input method of a third party (user can install them by himself)

Select the input method you need to use

According to presetting, tablet will display keyboard when you want to input characters.

  1. Press menu key in homepage interface, then click settings, and then click system.
  2. Click languages & input.
  3. All of the input methods already installed on your tablet will be listed in the text setting region.
  4. Select the input method you want.

Use and switch input method

  1. In the character input interface, click keyboard icon under the status bar, until popping up of editing text menu.
  2. Select input method you need.

:Switch input capital and small letters.

:Switch number/symbol/graphic input mode.

: Switch input language

Connection Establishment

WIFI connection
  1. On the home page interface, click the Select menu button to pop up Menu Settings;
  2. Click Settings, and then click Network & internet;
  3. Click Wi-Fi to turn on the Wi-Fi switch;
  4. After turning on Wi-Fi, you can scan the found Wi-Fi network automatically from the device in the left window.
  5. Select the network you want to connect to and input the password
  6. Click Connect .
Bluetooth Connection

Application of Bluetooth (Figure 3-2)

  1. Click settings and then click connected devices, open the Bluetooth device.

  2. Click “Pair new device”, and then you can see the available devices ,click the device you want to connected.

  3. Device name: you can randomly change the name of Bluetooth for your tablet by click Rename this device.

Call Function
  1. Insert the SIM card in the power-on state
  2. After the network logo appears, in the notification bar, you can make or receive calls. The network signal strength will be displayed in the information bar in the upper right corner.
4G Connection

Your tablet can connect to 4G network after inserting SIM card:

  1. On the homepage interface, click setting menu;

  2. Click Network & internet;

  3. Click mobile network to open Mobile data (Figure 3-6);

  4. After opening Mobile data, you can browse web .

  5. Or you can also pull down the menu at the top of the main interface to open the 4G network. As shown below:

Connect the device to computer

Connect the device to the computer with a Type-C cable, Drop-down menu on the main interface, select “Charging this device via USB”, as shown below:

Select File transfer, and then you can transfer files between the device and the computer.

Troubleshooting

Slow initial boot for tablet

After system upgrade of tablet, initial boot needs installation of the pre- installed software applications, and for about 2-3 minutes, it runs faster.

Tablet can not connect to WIFI

Ensure that the wireless router providing the network services works properly.
Ensure the tablet and the wireless router are kept with certain distance, and between which no wall or other obstacles exist.
Ensure the user name and the password are correct.

Feeling hot of tablet

When multiple applications are running at the same time, or the  screen is adjusted to the brightest, or it is recharging, this situation is normal.

System is disordered and does not work properly

Installation of some third-party applications may lead to system failure, and you can press the reset button to reset the system.

Unable to create e-mail or regist applications

Ensure your network is properly connected to the Internet.
Ensure your email settings are correct.
Ensure your system time and the local time are consistent.

FCC RF Exposure Information and Statement The SAR limit of USA (FCC) is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. Device types: Portable Equipment (FCC ID: 2BC27-T87 ) has also been tested against this SAR limit. The highest SAR value reported under this standard during product certification for use at the head is 0.798 W/kg and when properly worn on the body& worn is 1.344W/kg. This device was tested for typical body-worn operations with the back of the handset kept 0 mm from the body. To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements, use accessories that maintain a 0 mm separation distance between the user’s body and the back of the handset. The use of belt clips, holsters and similar accessories should not contain metallic components in its assembly. The use of accessories that does not satisfy these requirements may not comply with FCC RF exposure requirements, and should be avoided.
