Product Usage Instructions
To use the Fisher & Paykel OB60SC6CEX2 oven, follow the instructions below:
- Ensure that the oven is properly installed according to the installation guide.
- Before cooking, remove any packaging materials and clean the oven if necessary.
- Select the desired function using the controls. The oven offers six functions including Pizza Bake, Fan Bake, Fan Grill, Bake, Grill, and Fan Forced.
- Set the temperature and cooking time as required using the automatic cooking/minute and electronic clock controls.
- Place the food on a suitable oven-safe dish or tray.
- Insert the dish or tray into the oven on the desired shelf position. The oven offers multiple shelf positions for flexible cooking.
- Close the oven door securely. The balanced oven door ensures safe operation.
- During cooking, AeroTechTM technology circulates heat evenly for consistent cooking results across multiple shelves.
- After cooking, carefully remove hot dishes using optional non-tip, full-extension shelves.
- Cleaning the oven is quick and easy. The oven features acid resistant graphite enamel and removable components such as the oven door, inner door, and shelf runners. Optional catalytic liners are available to absorb oil and fat splashes during cooking.
