Charging

  • Fully dry off the USB-C charging port before charging.
  • Fully charge the tablet keyboard case before the first use.
  • When the power of the keyboard is too low, the power indicator light will flash red.

Please charge in time to ensure normal use.

Pairing

  1. Toggle the power switch to ON(1), the power indicator turns to blue for 1 second and then goes out the keyboard is turned on.
  2. The keyboard will automatically enter pairing mode after the first powered on. You can also press and hold Pairing Button (c) ‘ for 3 seconds to enter the pairing mode,and then the pairing indicator will flash rapidly.

Note:

  1. If the keyboard is turned on for 3 minutes without being connected to any devices, it will enter sleep mode automatically until you press any key or press and hold (c for 3 seconds to repairing.
  2. If the keyboard has already been paired with iPad, they will automatically connect to each other next time without pairing again.

Sleep Mode

  1. When you not use the keyboard for more than 30 minutes, the keyboard will automatically go to sleep mode and disconnect from devices.
  2. Before using the keyboard, please press any key to wake it up and the keyboard will automatically connect to the device within 3 seconds.
    Note : The touchpad can not wake the keyboard up when it in sleep mode.

FAQ

  1. Q1. I can’t find the keyboard name on iPad ?
    A: 1. Please make sure you have opened the keyboard to ON status;
    2. Please press the ” c” button for 3 seconds till the indicator flashing rapidly;
    3. If you tried both 1 & 2, then kindly reset the keyboard or the iPad.

  2. Q2: Why can’t I type in Spanish, French or other small languages?
    A: Our keyboard are standard US English version, if you want to type in small languages, first you need to upload the keyboard language in your iPad. (Must connected keyboard) Then you need to change the input to the correct language. “Settings-General-Keyboard-Keyboard-Add new keyboard.”

  3. Q3: Can I use the keyboard for Samsung tablet or smartphones?
    A: Though our keyboard case combo only for iPad 10th because of the cover, but if you want to use the keyboard for Other Tablets or Smartphones, Normal function are the same, just have a little difference for the shortcut keys and touchpad.

  4. Q4: Why can’t I use the touchpad?
    A: Please press ” fn+shift+spacebar” to open or close the touchpad.

  5. Q5: Why I press the caps to switch the languages?
    A: Please follow the below steps:
    Setting-General-Keyboard-Hardware keybaord-Turn off the Swtiches languages using Caps Lock.
