  • Shut down the power of whole kit
    Tap
    for 2 seconds, the warning dialog box pop up for confirmation
    To turn on devices again, push power button on module.

Calibration
Apply 3 Point Calibration process for higher accuracy.
Step 1 : 1%t point
Place the scale pad on a flat & stable surface. Keep scale pad clear and no any weight on top.
Keep still for 10 seconds, then tap Next to start calibration.

Calibration Step 2 — the 2″ Point

Place the weight in center area of scale pad.
Input the second weight.
Tap Start Calibration.

Note :

1. The weight input in Step 2 can not be zero.
2. Make sure the unit (Ibs/kg) of weight input and App setting are the same.

Tap Start Calibration and wait 10 seconds to complete Step 2.
Calibration : Step 3 — the 3 Point

NOTE

  1. The weight in Step 3 must be higher than in Step 2.
  2. Make sure the weight put and App setting unit are the same. (1bs or kg )

Calibration : Step 3 — the 3 Point

Tap Start Calibration and wait for 10 seconds to complete Step 3.

Tap” OK” after Calibration completed dialog box pop up and remove the weight.
App will go back to Calibration entrance page.

Hardware outline

When setting mode, user can using 3-Load cell or 4-Load cell input. If setting for 3-load input, please let terminal #4 open, and load cell connected to #1,

2 and #3.

Warranty

Limited One (1) Year Warranty
Jackson Transnational Inc. warrants “Sharp Align” branded products to the original purchaser against any manufacturing defect in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. If the defective product is determined to be covered under this warranty, it shall be repaired or replaced at manufacturer’s discretion without charge. Provided that the product must be returned with proof of purchase and freight prepaid when returned to the manufacturer. This warranty shall not apply to damage due to accident, Negligent use, lack of maintenance, abuse or applications other than the specie function the product is designed or.
No other warranties, expressed or implied, including those of merchantability or tens for particular purpose shall be applicable to Jackco except as specially stated herein. In no event shall Jackson be liable to any party for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, punitive damage of any nature caused by the sale or use of the equipment, tool, or product.
Note: This warranty gives the original purchaser specific legal rights which may vary from state to state.
