Charging operation instructions
Step1: Plug the Type-C into the wireless charger interface and USB interface
into the DC adaptor. These three indicators corresponding to the mobile
phone/watch/ headset are all green. If the mobile phone/watch/headset is not
placed in the charging position, the indicator light will go off after 5
seconds.
Step2: Put the mobile phone/APPLE Watch/AIR-Pods on the corresponding charging
area, and the corresponding indicators green light will light up, indicating
that the wireless charger is charging the corresponding device, and these
charging indicator light will go out after 5 seconds.
Q & A
If the indicator does not flash after the phone or watch is placed in the charging area. and the phone or watch does not display charging, please follow the steps below.
- First, please confirm whether your mobile phone/watch/headset has wireless charging function. Confirm whether the power supply adapter can output V3A or 9V1.5-2.5A or 12V1.5A, otherwise the power supply needs to be replaced with QC3.0 power adapter
- Check whether the USB-Type-C power cord is damaged. Test with other USB cables, if it is damaged, replace the power cable.
- Check whether the protective cover of mobile phone/watch/headset has metal objects. If yes, please remove the protective cover and then put it in the charging area again for charging.
