If the mouse or keyboard cannot work, the following methods should be taken to eliminate it:

1. Confirm whether the positive and negative electrodes of the battery are aligned or whether the battery is charged
2. Check whether the receiver is correctly plugged into the USB interface of the computer
3. Confirm whether the receiver is normally recognized by the computer after being plugged in

When the wireless mouse moves slowly or fails, the following methods are recommended:
