Product Information

Product Usage Instructions

Follow these instructions to properly use the product:

  1. Ensure that the device is placed in a suitable location where it can operate without causing interference to other devices.
  2. Do not make any unauthorized changes or modifications to the device. Doing so may result in the voiding of your authority to operate the equipment.
  3. Keep a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and your body during installation and operation.
  4. Refer to the manufacturer’s approved manual for any specific instructions on the installation, setup, and operation of the device.
  5. If you experience any issues or undesired operation, consult the troubleshooting section of the user manual or contact the manufacturer for assistance.

Machine installation

  1. Please place the printer on a stable surface and confirm that the power is turned off.
  2. Connect the two end connectors of the USB data cable to the printer and computer host respectively.
  3. Insert the power cord into the power slot at the back of the printer, and insert the other end into an AC socket.

Attention : Please turn off the printer first and then connect the power cord.

Installing Paper

  1. Thread the paper roll through the paper roll. (If the core of the paper roll is 1 inch, use the paper roll directly. If the core of the paper roll is 1.5 inches, install a 1.5-inch sleeve on the paper bin baffle.)
  2. Push the cover opening hook forward with both hands to open the printer cover.
  3. Place the label roll directly on the label holder. Print face up.
  4. Thread the label through the paper guide and then pull it over the rubber roller.
  5. Move the paper guide to the same width as the label and make slight contact. Control panel functions
  6. Hold the printer cover and slowly cover it.

Be careful:

  1. As long as you replace different types of label paper, please redo the sensor calibration again.
  2. To avoid poor printing quality, please make sure that the upper cover of the printer is tightly covered.

Button function

Paper Feed

When the printer is ready, press the button and the label paper will move to the front of the next label paper.

Printing work suspended

When the printer is printing, pressing a button will pause printing, and the power indicator light will flash blue. Just press the button again and the printer will resume normal operation Boot function

This printer has four boot functions that can be used to set or test the printer’s hardware. When turning on the computer, pressing the button and then releasing the button with the light signal can activate these functions. Please follow the following steps to activate the boot function:

  1. Turn off the printer power.
  2. Turn on the printer while holding down the button.
  3. According to the table below, release the button under the light signal indicated by the desired function to be activated.

Daily maintenance and upkeep

  1. When the printer encounters the following situations, the print head and rubber spoke should be
    • The printing is unclear
    • There is a loud noise in paper feeding and returning
    • Foreign objects are sticking to the print head
  2. The cleaning of the printing head/rubber spoke must be carried out 3-5 minutes after printing, and the steps are as follows:
    • Turn off the printer power and open the upper cover;
    • Wipe the dust on the surface of the printing head/rubber roller with a twisted dry alcohol cotton ball;
    • After 5-10 minutes, wait for the alcohol to completely evaporate before starting printing.

Recommendation: Regularly clean the print head, rubber rollers, and sensors according to the above steps.

Be careful:

  • Do not directly touch the print head with your hands;
  • Please use medicinal alcohol to clean the print
  • Do not use industrial alcohol to avoid damaging the print head;
  • If the printer frequently receives error messages, try cleaning the printer’s
