Product Usage Instructions

To use the Warming Drawer, follow these instructions:

1. Ensure that the warming drawer is properly installed and integrated with the surrounding cabinetry.
2. Before use, clean the smooth-glass interior of the warming drawer with a damp cloth.
3. Select the desired function using the intuitive touch controls. The available functions are Rapid Proof, Dehydrate, and Slow Cook.
4. For Rapid Proof, use this function to proof dough for bread or pizza bases quickly.
5. For Dehydrate, use this function to dry foods like meat, fruit, and herbs.
6. For Slow Cook, use this function to finish seared meats, casseroles, stews, and braises.
7. Adjust the temperature and cooking time as needed for the selected function.
8. Place the desired items to be warmed or cooked in the warming drawer.
9. Close the warming drawer and allow it to heat evenly.
10. The warming drawer will automatically switch off when the set cooking time is complete.
11. Open the warming drawer carefully and remove the warmed or cooked items using oven mitts or heat-resistant gloves.

Note: For safety reasons, always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and guidelines when using the warming drawer. Ensure that the warming drawer is not overloaded and that it is not left unattended during operation.
