The product is a neck massager that complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. The device can promote local blood circulation, relax local muscles, and relieve fatigue. How to Operate
How to operate for power supply
- Charging of the built-in rechargeable battery. The built-in rechargeable battery can serve as the power supply when the external power supply is not used.
- Power supply with the built-in rechargeable battery (applicable to rechargeable ones)When it is not used as an external power supply, it could be used for power supply.
How to Operate to Use Its Functions
- Shift the toggle switch to “ON” position and then apply the massager close to your neck; if there is some sweat on your neck, please clear them before use.
- Hold the remote control and press the button “ ” to boot it; after you hear the buzzer beeps once, the power supply indicator will be on and the default program is enabled: the massager will work under Impulse Mode 1, Intensity 01 and Level 2 of thermal moxibustion, with the default time period of 15 minutes; now you could use the remote control to adjust to the massage mode and intensity you desire.
- Press the ” ” pulse mode button to select 1-6 mode, O is the stop mode. The “+” button is to increase the intensity, with one level increase for each time of pressing it; the ” ” button is to decrease the intensity, with one level decrease for each time of pressing it. There are 16 levels for adjustment. The default level is level 1 when booting.
- The button ” ” is to select the thermal moxibustion mode. And the “0” means stopping thermal moxibustion, while the “1” means low temperature and the “3” high temperature. It defaults to “2” when booting.
- After the massage is completed, please shift the toggle switch to “OFF” position to power off the massager; then, stick the electrode slices on the storage board for storage in a dry, well-ventilated place for next use.
- When the battery runs low, please charge it with the power adapter provided for the massager; otherwise, the massager will be off automatically after the indicator flickers for alarm.
- When the remote control backlight flickers or becomes insensitive, it is recommended to replace the button battery (3V, CR2032 type, and others are not allowed); the normal service life of the battery is more than three months.
Attention : When you use the remote control to operate the massager, the IR receiving window on the massager and the IR sending window on the remote control cannot be shielded; furthermore, please aim the remote control at the receiving window as much as possible to get the best sensitivity
Use of silicon electrode slices
- Insert one end of the 2-core connector wire into the electrode port and connect the other end to the electrode slices; then, use the massager as specified above. If they are used together with the conductive plates, there will be a little difference in intensity due to the parts they are applied are different, which is normal.
- The electrode slices should be clean on their surfaces without any dust, oily or sticky substance; otherwise, the viscosity will be reduced. If their surfaces become dirty, please flush with clean water and then dry them in the air for repeated use.
- The electrode slices could be used for about 80 times (20 minutes for each time). If their viscosity still cannot be recovered after several times of cleaning, please consider to purchase new ones from your local dealer or the manufacturer.
- Only the electrode slices provided for the massager, each with a size of 55mm wide, 80mm high and 2.5mm thick, could be used; and others are not allowed.
- Please dispose the waste electrode slices according to your local environmental regulations rather than discarding them at will.
It is recommended to use the massager for one to two times a day, 10 to 20 minutes every time of massage in electric impulse mode and 15 to 30 minutes every time of thermal moxibustion.
Charge the battery
- When the buzzer beeps for continuous three times during massage, it indicates the built-in lithium battery runs low and needs charging with the USB charging cable. Then, shift the toggle switch to “Charge” position, with the power indicator turning green and flickering. When it is fully charged, the power indicator keeps green. It will last about 3 to 4 hours to fully charge the battery.
- The battery could be used for about one week (30 minutes a day) after full charging.
- Under normal use, the rechargeable battery supports 500 times of charging and discharging at least and could be used for about 2 to 3 years (use twice a day and 30 minutes at most every time). When it is not in use for a long time, please charge it once a month at least to prevent reducing its service life.
Attentions
- Never use this massager with other electronic medical devices such as heart pacemaker, artificial heart-lung machine used to sustain lives, electrocardiograph, etc., or a danger will be led to. If the patient is being treated with high frequency surgical equipments and this massager, it is likely to give rise to a burn at this massager’s electrode or damage it; if it is used near short-wave or microwave therapeutic equipments (1 meter), it will be possibly unstable in output
- This massager cannot be used for pregnant women and those with sensitive skin, heart disease, abnormal blood pressure, malignant tumor, cerebral vascular disease, acute disease or others under treatment before consultation with the doctor.
- Prohibit using it in bathing or sleeping.
- Please don’t use it for children or those with expressible consciousness disability.
- Never use it for those with skin consciousness disability or not sensitive to heat.
- Don’t move this massager during use; in changing the massage area, please power it off first and then reuse it; otherwise, a serious irritation will be caused.
- It is suitable to adjust the impulse intensity to an acceptable level. A higher intensity doesn’t always lead to a better result of massage.
- Please don’t make unauthorized disassembly on this massager and please avoid any collision, water penetration into it, or a trouble will be caused.
- Prohibit cleaning this massager with water.

Troubleshooting and Solutions

at the contact area of electrode slices and your skin.| Please remove or
separate the accessories or hairs.
The stimulation felt is weak.
| Check if your neck skin contact close to electrode slices.| Contact them
close to your skin and then adjust properly the intensity.
Check if there is some dirt or oil stain on electrode slices.| Clean their
surfaces.
Check if the rechargeable battery runs low.| If it runs low, please use an
external power supply to supply the power.
A red mark is left after use.| Check if there is a serious sense of tingling
or if some other unguent is applied during use of the massager.| Please stop
using the massager and the red mark will disappear in 3 to 5 days generally.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Please use a wet soft cloth or towel to wipe the massage, with the volatile agents not allowed.

Warm Prompts
- In using the massager, please shift the toggle switch to “ON” first and then aim the IR sending window on the remote control at the IR receiving window on the massager. If the rechargeable battery built in the massage runs low, please charge it with a power adapter. If the remote control cannot work normally, please replace the button battery (CR2032) inside it.
