PRECAUTION

- Clean with a dry cloth only
- Do not install the device in hindsight places that could cause a block of any ventilation openings.
- Keep installation areas clear from heat sources including amplifiers.
- Do not discontinue use of the polarized/ grounding plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding type plug has two blades and a grounding prong. The wide blade or third prong are provided for your safety. If the plug does not fit into the outlet, consult an electrician for the replacement of the obsolete outlet.
- Only use accessories specified by the manufacturer.
- Use only with the cart, stand, tripod or bracket specified by the manufacturer. If the cartas used take caution when moving the cart and apparatus to avoid injury and the device tipping over.
- Unplug the device during thunderstorms or when not being used for long periods of time.
- Refer all servicing to a qualified service professional.
- Each USB terminal should be loaded with the 0.5A under normal operation.
- Ensure there i s a minimum distance around the apparatus for sufficient ventilation.
- Place the device in an environment with a moderate temperature.
- When carrying the device ensure both hands are used.

WARNING

children, can be avoided by taking simple precautions such as:

If your existing television set is being retained andrelocated,the same considerations as above should be applied.
CAUTION
Danger of explosion the battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the
same or equivalent type of battery. Batteries shall note exposed to excessive
heat succahs sunshine, firer the like.
Used batteries should not be throwninto the garbage can, please leave them at
an appropriate depot.

Where the MAINS plugs ran appliance couplers used as the disconnect device,
the disconnect device shall remain readily operable.

To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not perform any servicing other than
that contained in he operating instructions unless you are qualified to do so.
Attention:
Motionless picture might cause permanent destruction t o the display.
- Be sure not to display motionless picture on the LED TV for more than 2 hours, cause picture remnants to appear, which’s called “screen burns”. To avoid such picture remnants, please decrease the “contrast” and “brightness” of the display when displaying motionless picture.
- If watching TV i n 4:3 size mode for long periods of time, there may be traces on the on the screen due t o different transmission of light on the screen. Similarly playing DVD’s or Gaming devices may cause the same issue. Devices destroyed due t o these reasons cannot be guaranteed for maintenance.
- Place the TV on firm and flat surface, leaving a space of at lease 10cm around the set and30cm from the top of these to the wall or cabinet. Ensure the TVs positioned close to the wall to avoid it falling when pushed.
- When turning the TV set, do not hold the top side f the TV set, only hold the bottom side.
- When lifting the TV set, do not use one hand to handle it.

1.2 Installation o f Stand
(For the physical structure, please refer to the real object)
- Place the TV with the front panel facing downwards on a soft cloth or soft pad on desk.
- Insert the stand into the bottom socket of the TV.
- Insert the screws into the sockets and tighten them.

1.4 Remote Control
- STANDBY(( ) : Standby turn on and off.
- SOURCE: Select the signal source.
- FREEZE : Freeze the picture.
- FAV+:Add favorite.
- CH.LIST: Channel list .
- FAV.LIST: Favorite channel Liszt .
- 0~9 : Continue to press the keys to select a channel.
- DISPLAY : Display the information o f Current video and audio.
- RECALL: Return to previous channel.
- MENU : Enter or exit menu.
- EXIT : Exit menu or operation.

- ENTER: Confirm or enter.

- REPEAT: Allows you to repeat single random, shuffle and folder.

1.5 Installation of Batteries
- Open the back lid o f the remote control.
- Install two 7#(AAA)1.5V batteries.
- Cover the back lid .
Please take out of the batteries from the remote control if not in use for l o n g periods of time. If the remote control doesn’t work properly, please carry out the following checks.
– Check the TV is turned on.
– Check the polarity o f the batteries are correct.
– Check the batteries are not drained.
– Check the power supply is normal or the power cord is correctly connected.
– Check there are no special fluorescent light or neon light around.
Basic Operation
2.1 Power ON/OFF(Optional)
- Connect the power cord to the AC input. Insert the power cord into the appropriate socket.
- Press the Power switch to switch on the TV, then Power button to turn on the unit.
- Press the Power switch again to switch off the TV.
Note: After switching off the TV, don’t immediately restart the power
switch , as there should be a delay of one minute more before restarting.
2.2 Setting of Standby Mode
- Press ( ) button to tum on the unit.
- Press ( ) button again to return the display to standby mode. The power indicator turns red.
- Be sure not to set your TV in standby mode for a long period of time.
2.3 Selection of Input Mode
This set has different signal source modes, continue to press the Source
button to select signal source.
When selecting the signal source, the screen will display the information.
TV mode When there is no signal from the selected source, the warning
message will be displayed as per illustration. Either change the channel in TV
mode or press the Source butt on to change Source. 2.4 Menu Option
Adjustment
After you have installed the batteries into the remote control, you will need
to set preferences on the LED TV, using the menu system.
- The buttons for menu option adjustment include: Menu, Enter buttons.
- Press the Menu button to open the OSD Menu, then press , button t o select the pages. the pages are displayed in the following sequence (circular display):
Note: “CHANNEL” is only for TV .
- (Press the Menu button to display the menu system.
- Press , button to select the menu pages.
- Press , button to select an item.
- Press , check size of font.
- If you do not make a selection within 10 seconds, the menu will close automatically.
- (Press the Menu button to return or e x i t OSD menu.
2.5 Menu Functions
2.5.1 CHANNEL Function

Adjustment of the CHANNEL
- Press the Menu button, and then press < , > button to the “CHANNEL “item.
- Press , button to highlight the “Auto Tuning “,” ATV Manual Tuning”, “Programme Edit”, then press ENTER button to change the setting.
- Press the Menu button to return or exit.

In the “CHANNEL” menu, select ” Auto Tuning ” and then press ENTER button to auto search and store the channels.

In the” CHANNEL” menu, select “ATV Manual Tuning ” and then presenter Button to change the setting.

In the “CHANNEL” menu, select
“Program edit “and then press ENTER button to change the setting.
- Theroux coloured key is the shortcut key for programming the channel.
- First press , to highlight the channel you want Tod elate or rename, move or skip , then:
- Press the Red button t o delete the channel.
- Press the Green button to enter the rename state, then press , to select the word you want to change, and , to select word.
- Press the Yellow button t o set the channel to moving state. Then press , t o move it elate to the position you want to put.
- Prestel Blue button to skip the it selected channel. (Your TV set will skip the channel automatically when using CH+/- to view the channels.)
- Fav Add or Delete the channel from your favorite list.
2.5.2 PICTURE Function
Adjustment of the PICTURE.

Color Temperature
In the “PICTURE” menu, select “Color Temperature” and then press ENTER

- Press the Menu button to return or exit.

- Press the Menu button, and then press or > button to the “OPTION” item.
- Press oar W button to highlight the “OSD Language”, “Aspect Ratio”, “Blue Screen”, “Key Lock”, “Reset” or ” Software Update(USB)”, item and then press ENTER button to enter Sub-menu.
- In Sub-menu Press < or » button to Adjust different setting.
- Press the Menu button to return or exit.
OSD Language
In the “OPTION” menu, select “OSD Language’ and then press ENTER button to
change the setting.
Aspect Ratio
In the “OPTION” menu, select “Aspect Ratio” and then press ENTER button t o
change the setting.
2.6 SCREEN MENU
Note: the Screen Menu is available in PC mode. Those items are set to
adjust the pc screen.

- When the signal received by the Display exceeds the allowed range, a warning message will appear on the screen.
- You can confirm the input signal format on the screen.
Simple Troubleshooting
If the display fails or the performance changes dramatically, check the display in accordance with the following instructions. Remember to check the all sides to pinpoint the source of the failure.

drained.(Use new batteries.)
-Check that the remote control is within the operating range.
-Check that the remote control is pointed to the remote control window on the display.
-Check that there are no obstacles between the remote control and the remote control window.
Flashing spots or stripes appear on the screen.| -Check that there are no
emission (Car, HV cable or Neon lamp) or other possible interference sources.
Image colour or quality deteriorates.| -Check that all the video settings are
adjusted appropriately, such as brightness, contrast, colour etc.
Screen position and size are incorrect.| -Check that the screen position and
size is adjusted appropriately.
Image or colour is incorrect.| -Check that the signal line is connected
properly. -When connecting to a PC, you can change the resolution of the PC to
acquire the correct image. The discrepancy of the PC output signal may affect
the display of the image.
Display warning message.| -Check that the input signal line is properly fixed.
-Select the correct input signal.
YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
The Manufacturer hereby provides a warranty to the original purchaser of this
product (‘the consumer’) that this product will be free of manufacturing
defects in materials and workmanship which under normal, personal, family or
household use (commercial use expressly excluded) manifest themselves within
the 3 year from the date of purchase.
EXCLUSIONS
- The warranty does not include and will not be construed t o cover products damaged asa result of disaster, misuse, commercial use, not in accordance within the written instructions included with the product, abuse and/or any non-authorised modification of the product, incorrect installation of the product or normal wear and tear.
- Remote Controls do not fall under warranty.
- Insect infestation of the electrical or motor makes the claim invalid.
- Broken Glass or Customer abuse do not fall under the warranty.
WAIVER
The warranty and the obligations of the Manufacturer provided herein are in
lieu of, and the consumer, waives all other warranties, guarantees, conditions
or liabilities, express or implied, arising by law or otherwise, including
without limitation, any obligation of the manufacturer in respect of any
injury, loss or damage (direct, indirect or consequential) arising out of the
use of, or inability t o use this product and whether or not occasioned by the
manufacturer’s negligence or any act or omission on its part.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
Any claim in terms of the warranty must be supported by a proof of purchase.
If such proof is not available, then not withstanding anything to the con
tarry herein, the service agent’s prevailing charges for services/repairs
and/or spares will be payable by the Consumer upon collection of the repaired
product. The Consumer should call the Pick n Pay CUSTOMER CARE number on 0860
30 30 30 (only in South Africa). Customers residing outside South Africa can
return the product back to a Pick n Pay store. During the warranty period the
product may only be serviced and/or repaired by the Manufacturer’s duly
authorised age nit(s).
If this product proves to be faulty during normal use due to defectives
materials o r workmanship. Refer to our website for terms and conditions.
REPAIRS PROCEDURE
Should you experience any faults on your Aim product, please adhere to the
following procedure to have the fault rectified speedily and professionally.
You can return the product to the store.
Call the Pick n Pay CUSTOMER CARE number on 0860 30 30 30 (only in South
Africa} to report the fault and make arrangements for the next steps.
Note: Should you live in an outlying area or outside South Africa, it may
be necessary to return the product to the store nearest to you.
COST OF REPAIRS
UNDER WARRANTY
Any items still under warranty will be repaired free of charge, as long as it
complies with the terms and conditions of the warranty (refer to “warranties”
section i n this manual). Any items that need t o be repaired that are NOT
covered i n the warranty will be for the consumer’s expense. A quote for the
repair/replacement of these items will be provided t o the consumer for
approval prior to repairs being conducted.
OUT OF WARRANTY
Any items that need t o be repaired once the warranty has expired will be for
the consumer’s expense including call out fees. A quote for the
repair/replacement of the so items will be provided to the consumer for
approval prior to repairs being conducted.
