Q: if this hub is compatible with charging
A: Thanks for your question about “if this hub is compatible with charging”.
Please note this USB hub 3.0’s main function is USB Splitter/USS Hub for very
stable, fast data transfer up to 200 mb/second tested actually. And it is
compabile with 4* 1 TB hard drives simultanously.
Charging is an additional feature. It only supports 5V@1 A charging and less
than that. So we don’t recommend using it to charge your devices. It does not
support fast charging since it’s designed as a fast hub, not a QC power

Q: Can I use four ports simultaneously?
A: Certainly, the only thing you have to know is the total current must less
than 900mA.
Q: Why my mouse is unstable and lag when using the product?
A: It is an unusual situation, please see the following steps.
- Check the compatiblity of your device based on our compatible list.
- Make sure your USB devices is working normally by connecting other USB devices.
- The total current of all devices has to be less than 900mA.
- Please connect it to other USB ports on your devices or restart your device.
