CRAB H05 4G0,75 Electronic Regulator
NOTES: DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE FLOAT SWITCH. THE NON RESPECT OF THE FOLLOWING POINTS WILL AUTOMATICALY CAUSE THE CANCELLATION OF THE WARANTY OF THE PRODUCT
- Before any operation on the float remember to disconnect the power supply from the main power.
- Check that the maximum motor power does not exceed the float’s electrical values.
- In case of cable damage by the final user or installer, the float must be replaced.
- Do not make any joint on the cable of the float switch, as immersion of such joints could cause short circuits or electrical shocks.
USE:
The electronic controller is designed to work in clear and rain water.
Supported on a flat surface, it remains anchored to the bottom. It can detect
the presence of water at 3mm ±1 from the floor.
The electronic regulator has two delay times: start and stop (shutdown) which
can be adjusted by the final customer according to his needs of use. And
thanks to the Schuko Piggy Back Plug (accessory sold separately) it can be
connected directly to a pump without the need of a traditional electronic
panel.
TECHNICAL FEATURES:
Features of automatic action: 1B (micro-disconnections in operation) – Pollution Degree: 2
SET DELAY TIMES:
The first time you connect the plug to the electrical system, the
electronic controller will perform a5 seconds startup test to check the
functioning.
Factory default delay time:
- Starting Delay Time: 5 seconds. The pump turns on 5 seconds after the water has raised touching the two sensors placed at the bottom of the electronic regulator.
- Shutdown Delay Time: 30 seconds. The pump turns off 30 seconds after the water has flowed down releasing the sensors.
Change the Starting/Delay Time (Fig.1) 1. Disconnect the plug from the
electrical system 2. Put the magnetic key close to the arrow stamped on the
side of the electronic controller. 3. Connect the plug to turn on the pump. 4.
Hold the magnetic key in position for how many seconds you wish to delay the
starting time (maximum 120 seconds). 5. Once you got the desired delay time,
remove the magnetic key.
Change the Shutdown Delay Time (Fig.2) 1. Connect the plug to the electrical
system. 2. Wait for the pump shutdown. 3. Put the magnetic key close to the
arrow shown on the side of the electronic regulator and the pump starts. 4.
Hold the magnetic key in position for the seconds necessary to delay the
shutdown (maximum 120 seconds). 5. Once reached the desired time, remove the
magnetic key.
