FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHY DOES THE GO ICED CLASSIC™ BREW HOT?
The Go Iced Classic™ brews the perfect ratio of hot, concentrated coffee over ice to create amazing iced coffee! By using this process, it maximizes flavor extraction of the coffee and leaves you with flavorful cup of iced coffee every time. To avoid any watered-down iced coffee, we implemented precise measurements of water, coffee grounds and ice to ensure that your iced coffee always taste the same, even with different sizes!

MY ICED COFFEE IS NOT STRONG ENOUGH, HOW DO I MAKE IT STRONGER?
Like we say – tastes are not discussable! If you like your iced coffee stronger, you can simply add more coffee in the scoop. Use the Coffee Scoop @ and add in extra coffee over the right measurement. With this mix, you should be able to have a stronger one! Psst… The secret to that is to add more coffee 😉

WHY IS THERE NO ICE LEFT IN MY CUP AFTER BREWING ICED COFFEE?
This can happen if you are using small ice cubes. If they are not big enough, they will melt faster. Try to use bigger ice cubes to solve the problem. Also, ensure you have filled your cup up to the edge.

WHY DO THE LIGHTS ON MY GO ICED CLASSIC™ TWINKLE?
Please do not worry, your Go Iced Classic™ is not possessed! This only means that you need to wash your appliance. Refer to the section #4 “Clean Your Go Iced Classic™ Before First Use” to know how. Every 100 iced coffee, the lights will blink, and you will need to clean it again.

IS THE ICED CUP DISHWASHER SAFE?
No, the Iced Cup @, the Lid ® and the Straw@ are not dishwasher safe. The logo on the cup can get damaged if you wash the cup in the dishwasher. This is why we suggest washing the cup manually.

CAN I USE A DIFFERENT CUP THAN THE ICED CUP FOR MAKING ICED COFFEE?
For sure! Most cups should fit underneath the spout of the Go Iced Classic™ – just make sure that you to use a properly sized cup to avoid any mess. Also, don’t forget to full your cup of ice to make sure the flavor is perfecto!
