Bio-Textima® bedding company would like to thank you for your recent purchase of a VitalWOOD® mattress with AWS-Technology® inside.
This warranty card applies to VitalWOOD® Aspiro mattresses.
Bio-Textima® guarantees the replacement or repair of your mattress if, in normal use, either piece fails to meet our high standards for quality and workmanship. Be aware that body indentations are a normal occurrence in new mattresses (up to 3 cm) and indicate the upholstery layers are conforming to your body’s contours. Please carefully read the guidelines below, to get acquainted with regulations apply to your VitalWOOD® mattress.
Please pay attention that VitalWOOD Masterpiece mattresses include materials in their purest state.
These raw materials can be compressed easily by body weight. This phenomenon is normal and does not have an effect on your comfort. To keep your mattress in good condition, turn and rotate it frequently.
What is Inside?
VitalWOOD® mattresses consist of the finest green and /or natural and/or organic materials (as organic cotton, organic wool, horsehair etc.) for support your comfort on a high level. Inside of a VitalWOOD® mattress the wooden coil springs constitute a system (AWS Technology™) to grant excellent support for the spine. Thanks to the finest materials and AWS-Technology™ there are some directions that must be observed for being sure: you can enjoy peaceful nights for long years.
How do I carry or move my mattress?
Two people should normally carry your VitalWOOD mattress flat on its side. It’s easier to handle and less likely to get damaged. Don’t bend your mattress under any circumstances. Bending may damage the wooden spring unit. Flex rather than bend the mattress when going through doorways, but you can bend the corners when putting on fitted sheets. Always use the handles for moving or carry the mattress.
How can I clean my mattress?
DON’T use cleaning fluids on your mattress. The chemicals may damage some of the materials. Always use dry cleaning technologies. Before using a cleaning material or process always make a try on a not visible part of the mattress. Please do not use steam-based cleaning processes, because they may damage the spring system.

WARNINGS!

• Never penetrate the mattress with sharp objects.
• The total body weight limitation for a single mattress is 140 kg, when body weight is distributed across the entire surface of the mattress.
• Do not expose this mattress to heaters, stoves, or other heat sources.
• Place and use the mattress on an even surface that completely supports every part of the mattress.
• Do not make the mattress wet. If you realize wet on the surface of the mattress, wait until it is totally dry. VitalWOOD® mattresses consist of that kind of raw materials, which can be molded if the mattress is not able to dry. Any liquids, water or other fluids may damage inner parts causing materials to compress. Bio-Textima® recommends that you protect your mattress from water and other liquids with a waterproof fabric.
• Do not stand or jump on the mattress as this may cause damage to the inner parts deep inside the mattress and may nullify your warranty.
• VitalWOOD® mattresses have natural ventilation, but high level of humidity can damage the mattress if air circulation is blocked. Do not built in the mattress into a totally closed bedframe.
• Using of foundation is possible but ensure air circulation is vital. Take out your mattress from bed or from the foundation once per week and let it ventilate.
• DO rotate your mattress as needed (min. once/ months), this will promote even wear.
• DO keep your bedding clean. Stains, soiling, fluid penetration or other signs of abuse may void the warranty and make your bedding ineligible for repair or replacement.
• DON’T smoke in bed. This is a common cause of fatal fires. VitalWOOD® mattresses are not fire or open flame retardant.

WARRANTY

Because we strongly believe in the quality, design, and craftsmanship of our products, Bio-Textima® products are warranted against manufacturing defects in workmanship and material. If you observe a defect, contact with your VitalWOOD® dealer, from which you purchased the mattress.
In either case, you must, within the duration of the warranty, provide the original law tags, proof of purchase (including date of purchase) and be the original purchasing consumer. If defective in workmanship or material, your Bio-Textima® mattress will be repaired or replaced (at our option) with charges.
All other claims including incidental or consequential damages are precluded. If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement, the manufacturer reserves the right to substitute materials of comparable quality.
This warranty begins on the day you purchase your VitalWOOD® mattress.
Our limitless warranty against manufacturing defects is for 7 years. Bio- Textima® does not provide any reuse of wooden springs, after other raw materials would wear out. If your sleep set is repaired or replaced, this warranty will not be renewed or extended. This warranty gives you specific legal rights.
You may also have other rights, which vary from country to country or state to state.
