Caution

How to use

aespa Official Fanlight has Standard Mode and Bluetooth Mode

Standard mode
Standard Mode is the mode that the light changes by clicking the power button.

  • Standard mode ON /OFF
    Please press the power button briefly.

  • Order of changes of the light
    aespa On-) aespa Blink -) aespa Flicker -> aespa Mode – Off
    Please maintain standard mode for wireless control during the concert

Bluetooth mode

  • Bluetooth Mode is only used to register the seat through the exclusive application.
  • The Fanlight is not controlled centrally if the Bluetooth Mode is on.
  • Please change to the Standard Mode for central control at a concert.
  • Please folbw the direction of the exdlusive application, when the Fanlight is on Bluetooth Mode
  • The application will be released later.

Replacing Batteries

If the battery is low voltage, the power is automatically turned off.
Please replace with new batteries.

CAUTION

  • Be sure to insert the batteries after checking the polarities.
  • Be sure to put the battery holder with the pointed side up.
  • When the batteries are overheated suddenly, please remove the batteries immediately and contact to customer service center. (Do not hold by hand due to risk of bum)
  • It is recommended to use new batteries for each concert or performance
  • If you force to tum the battery holder over 90 degrees to open or lock the battery holder, it may damage the Fanlight.

Exclusive Accessories of aespa Official Fanlight

  • You can decorate your own aespa Official Fanight with the exclusive accessories.
  • Water or physical damage without custom emblem can cause product malfunction. aespa Exclusive Accessories are sold separately.

Warranty Period and Repair Service

  • Any defect, replacement, or refundof the product, please contact your dealer.

  • Free waranty period is three months from the date of purchase. Even within the free waranty period, if the defects of the product occured by the customer’s fault,
    repair cost will be charged.

  • Shipping charge is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Repair service is only provided after requesting the service through an email.

  • Please send the product after application and consultation is completed.

  • Replacement Service: Product can be replaced within the free warranty period (3 months from the date of purchase) for the following factors: (the shipping charge is on customer’s responsibility)

  • Defects of operation of LED.

  • Malfunction of the power button.

  • Defects of the battery holder.

  • Paid Repair Service: within the one year after the date of purchase, the product can be repaired for the following factors, but the repair cost and shipping fee will
    be charged

  • After the free warranty. (three months after the date of purchase)

  • Damages on the product or the circuit caused by customer’s fault

  • Disassemble the product for any modification

  • Damages on the circuit by using non-certified battery.

  • Damage to circuits and internal flooding due to inundation or rain.

  • How to get customer service
    In case of proper use, we will inform how to repair or replace the product after Customer consultation via phone call or email. In case of improper use due to Customer’s fault, will inform repair cost including logistic cost for customer service.
