OPERATION INSTRUCTION

Use as directed:
This product exclusively serves lighting purposes and may -
Not be exposed to strong mechanical loads or to strong contamination.

Only be installed and operated after a condition inspection in case the product is dirty or has been moistened through storage.

Charging:

This product can be charged with a mobile phone charger that fulfills the following criteria: INPUT: AC100-240V 50/60Hz, OUTPUT 5V – 1A, USB line 1.2M

ATTENTION: INDOOR only!

During charging, the indicator light is red. As soon as the lamp is fully charged, it lights up green.

Instructions:
-
Quick touch <1s: touch once to turn light on; touch again to turn off.
-
Long touch >1s (while the lamp is switched on): touch for a longer period of time and the light lumen will increase gradually. Move your hand away from the lamp shade and the light intensity will remain the same. The light will not change unless you touch the lamp for more than 1 second. When you apply the long touch again, the light lumen will decrease gradually until the light is off.

Long touch >4s (while the lamp is switched off): Touch for a longer time to enter colour temperature mode. The indicator on the top of the lamp shade will be blue and the lamp starts to shine. With short (<1s) pres-sure you can switch between colour temperatures 2700 K & 3000 K. The desired colour temperature can be saved with a long (>4s) touch. (After 10 seconds without any change the mode is automatically left and the set colour temperature is saved)

CHARGING
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read the operating instructions carefully before using the lamp (herein after referred to as « the lamp ») and especially the safety instructions. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious damage to the lamp. Keep these operating instructions for future reference and for further use. If you pass the lamp on to third parties, be sure to include these safety instructions. This notice contains important information about commissioning and handling. The operating & safety instructions are based on the European Union’s standards and rules. In addition, please follow the country-specific guidelines and laws abroad.
SYMBOLS’ EXPLANATIONS
Declaration of conformity. Products marked with this symbol comply with all
applicable community legis-lation of the European Economic Area.
This symbol shows the IP code of the lamp.
This symbol indicates that the lamp complies with protection class III.
This symbol indicates that the device (e.g. charger) may only be used in dry rooms.
This symbol indicates that the lamp is dimmable.
This symbol indicates that the batteries should not be disposed of with household waste.
This symbol indicates that the old appliance should not be disposed of with household waste.
This symbol indicates a hazard with a medium level of risk which, if not avoided, can result in death or serious injury.

SAFETY
Intended use
The lamp is exclusively designed for the use in temperatures ranging between
0°C and 40°C. It is exclusively for private use and not for commercial
applications. Only use the lamp as described in these operating instructions;
any other use is considered improper and may result in material damage or even personal injury. The lamp is not a toy for children. The designer, manufacturer or dealer assume no liability for damages caused by incorrect or improper use.
Risk of electric shock!

Do not operate the lamp if it shows signs of visible damage or if the power cord and/or plug is or seems to be defective.

Only connect the lamp if the mains voltage of the plug socket matches that stated on the rating plate.
-
If the charging cable of the lamp is damaged, in order to avoid hazards, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or dealer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person.
-
Do not try to open the Casing. Instead, have it repaired by a technician. Contact a specialist workshop.
Liability and warranty claims are excluded in the case of unauthorized repairs, improper connection or incorrect operation. In the case of repairs, only use parts that correspond to the original device data.
This lamp contains electrical and mechanical parts which are essential for protection against sources of danger. -
Do not immerse the lamp or the charging cable in water or other liquids.

Never touch the plug with wet hands.

Never pull the plug out of the charging socket by the charging cable. Always hold the plug.

Keep the lamp and the charging cable away from flames and hot surfaces.
-
Never use the charging cable as a carrying handle.
-
Place the charging cable in such a way that it does not become a trip hazard.

Never store the lamp so that it could fall into a bath, a wash basin or the pool.
-
Do not bend the charging cable and do not place it over sharp edges.
-
Never reach for an electrical appliance if it has fallen into water.
-
If you are not currently using the lamp, clean it or if a fault occurs, always turn the lamp off and unplug the charging cable from the charging socket.

Make sure that children cannot put any objects into the lamp.
Hazards for children and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities (e.g. partially disabled,elderly persons with limited physical and mental abilities) or persons with a lack of experience and knowledge (e.g. older children). The lamp can be used by children aged eight and older, and by persons with reduced phy-sical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge, if they are being supervised or instructed in the safe use of the lamp and understand the resulting hazards. Children are not allowed to play with the lamp.
- Do not let children play with the packaging film. Children can get caught up in it and suffocate while playing.
- Cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by children without supervision.
- Do not leave the lamp unattended when operating it.
- Keep children under the age of eight away from the lamp and connection cable.
Risk of explosion and fire!
Improper handling of the lamp and battery may cause an explosion and/or fire.
- Only charge the lamp with the supplied accessories, taking care of the voltage indicated in these instructions.
- Do not cover the lamp or charging device with objects or clothing.
- Keep the lamp away from water, other liquids, flames and hot surfaces.
- Keep a distance of at least 5 cm from flammable materials.
- Do not expose the lamp to excessive heat such as direct sunshine, fire, etc.
Risk of chemical burns!
- Leaking battery fluid may cause chemical burns if it comes into contact with the skin or other parts of the body.
- Avoid contact with the skin, eyes and mucous membranes if battery liquid leaks out. Rinse the affected areas immediately with plenty of clear water and immediately seek medical attention.
- In the event of a leaking battery, ensure protective gloves are worn and remove spilled battery fluid with a dry, absorbent cloth.
Risk of damage!
Improper handling of the lamp may damage it.
- The light source in the lamp cannot be replaced. When the light source has reached the end of its life span, replace the entire lamp.
- Never place the lamp and the charging cable in contact with or near hot parts or surfaces like oven hobs etc.
- Always place the lamp on an easily accessible, dry, heat resistant and stable surface. Don’t place the lamp near or on the edge of the surface to avoid any risk of falling down.
- Stop using the lamp if the components of the lamp have cracks, fissures or become deformed.
- Do not expose the lamp to long severe weather (rain, snow, etc.)
Risk of injury!
The light of the LED is very bright and directly looking at it can damage the
eyes.
FIRST USE OF THE LAMP

Check the packaging and the lamp
-
Check if there are any damaged parts on the packaging first, then open it and check all components: the lamp, a charging cable and the operating instructions.

Check whether the lamp is damaged. If this is the case, do not use the lamp and contact the dealer.
Warning : If you open the packaging carelessly with a sharp knife of any other pointy objects, the lamp and the charging cable can be damaged. -
Fully charge the lamp

Remove all packaging from the devices.
-
Place the lamp on a dry, horizontal surface.
-
Fully unwind the charging cable.
-
Wait until the Lamp is fully charged
-
You can start using the lamp
CLEANING
Cleaning the lamp may cause a short circuit if water or other liquids have
entered the casing.
-
Never immerse the lamp in water or other liquids.
-
Make sure that no water or other liquids get into the casing.
Risk of damage
Improper handling of the lamp can damage it. -
Never put the lamp in a dishwasher. This would destroy the lamp.
-
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, brushes or sharp cleaning implements such as hard spatulas,knives, etc. These can damage the surface of the lamp.
Recommendations
- Let the lamp cool down completely.
- Clean the lamp using a soft cloth moistened with lukewarm water and soap.
- Let all parts dry completely.
STORAGE
Before storage, all parts must be completely dry.
- Protect the lamp from direct sunlight.
- Always store the lamp in a dry place.
- Store the lamp out of the reach of children, securely closed at a storage temperature between 5°C and 20°C.
DISPOSAL
Do not throw the lamp.
Dispose of the packaging according to type.
Put card and cardboard in with the paper waste.
Put film into the recyclable waste collector. (Applicable in the European
Union and other European countries with systems for the separate collection of
recyclables).
Batteries should not be disposed of with household waste! As a consumer, you are legally obliged to dispose of all batteries, whether they contain harmful substances or not, at a collection point in your neighborhood or hand them over to a trader so that they can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
Please dispose of the lamp in full (with the battery) at your local collection
point. Please ensure that the battery has been discharged!
Old appliances should not be disposed of with household waste! If the lamp can
no longer be used, the consumer is legally obliged to dispose of old
appliances separately from household waste, e.g. at a collection point
organized by the local council. This ensures that waste products are properly
recycled and that negative environmental effects are avoided. Therefore,
electrical appliances are marked with the symbol that is shown here.
