- Connect the 8-pin +12V cable to the motherboard.
- If your motherboard has an 8-pin + 12V socket, connect the 8-pin cable directly to your motherboard.
- If your motherboard has a 4-pin socket, detach the 4-pin from the 8-pin cable, and plug the 4-pin cable directly into your motherboard.
- Connect the peripheral cables, PCI- Express cables, and SATA cables to the appropriate socket.
- Make sure all the cables are tightly connected and save any unused modular cables for future usage.
- Connect the AC power cord to the power supply and turn it on by switching the power button to the “I” position.
Precautionary Installation Guide for High-Powered Graphics Cards
Some graphics cards on the market possess two or three PCIe connectors, and
the power of these graphics cards usually exceeds 225W (150W PCIe 8-pin
connector + 75W from motherboard PCIe slot). The maximum rated wattage of a
single PCIe 8-pin power cable and connector is 150W, therefore, when
installing a high-powered graphics card, please make sure to use two or three
independent PCIe cables to connect to the high-powered graphics cards.

- Please make sure the power cord is plugged into the power socket.
- Please make sure the power supply I/O button is switched to the “I” position.
- Please check if all the connectors (motherboard and peripheral) are connected properly.
