WHEN USING ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, BASIC PRECAUTIONS SHOULD ALWAYS BE FOLLOWED

INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
When switching on the appliance for the first time, allow it to run at full power for about two hours to get rid of the unpleasant smell. Make sure that the room in which the appliance is located is well ventilated during this operation. It is normal for the appliance to emit small cracking sounds when you turn it on if the first time.
- Read all instructions before using this heater.
- Caution very hot surface. Caution: Some parts of this product may become very hot and cause burns. Special attention must be paid to this fact in the presence of children and handicapped persons. This appliance can be used by children from the age of 8 and older, and persons with lower physical, sensory or mental abilities or a lack of experience or knowledge providing they are under supervision or have been trained in the use of the appliance in a safe manner and understand the possible danger. Children may not play with the appliance. This device must be plugged or connected according to the rules and standards applicable by an authorized person.
- The instruction book of this product is available by contacting the after-sales service with the number indicate on the warranty part included in this manual service.
- If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its after sales service or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid any danger.
- Caution: To avoid overheating and for safety reasons, do not cover the panel heater.
- Devices with this symbol should not be disposed with household waste but must be collected separately and recycled. The collection and recycling of end of life must be made according to the provisions and local ordinances (DEEE 2002/96/CE).
- The installation of the device in high altitude causes an increase of the temperature air outlet (about 1 0 °C per 1000 m elevation). In case of mobile utilization of the device (see applicable models below):
- Do not use this heater near a bathtub, a shower or a pool. – Do not use this heater in small areas when they are occupied by people unable to leave the room by themselves unless if a constant supervision is provided.

Check the household voltage to ensure it matches the appliance’s rated specification, Be sure to plug into a 220-240\50-60Hz outlet.

Function introduction
When first power on the machine, it will have beep sound, LED display 24.9Cthe
dot will keep flash until end user set
the time. Factory default high level heat temperature is 24 C,it could be set
from 5 C to 35PC by user.
Default working mode is P4.
- Switch the power on by pressing I position. By pressing on the O position, the heater will power off.
Under standby mode, press On/Off key could let the machine start to work.
Press it for 3s, heater will stop working and enter into standby mode.
1.2 Power setting / mode setting: when the power button is pressed, the modes switch to AUTO-USER-5-4-3.2.1.
AUTO… AUTO – maintaining the set temperature at the optimum power level.
1.3 Temperature setting, under working mode, press Up and Down key to set the temperature, from 5.350¢
1.4 Comfort indicator light: when the heater is in comfort mode, it light on,
1.5 Anti-frost indicator light: when heater is working in anti-frost mode, it light on.
1.6 Open window indicator light: when window function is effective, it light on,
The function module is equipped with an accurate thermal cut out. It has a built in memory with 6 heating programs, of which 5 are factory pre-set and 1 are available for programming by the user.
Setting the day and time
When the panel heater is first installed, has been switched off or disconnected from the mains supply for more than 72 hours, the Day and Time will need to be set.
- Under working mode, press Time button for 3 seconds, LED window will display d1, and flash, use “Up” or “Down” button to choose the correct day. It’s from d1 to d7 means from Monday to Sunday. Press Time button to confirm the date.
- After confirm the date. LED window switches to hour setting. The display flash “0” use “Up” or “Down” button to choose the correct hour. It’s from 0to 23. Press Time button to confirm the hour.
- Once confirm the hour. LED window switches to minute setting. The display flash”0″ use “Up”or “Down” button to choose the correct minute. It’s from 00 to 59. Press Time button to confirm the minute.
- After confirm the time setting, 10 seconds after, LED window display temperature.
- During above setting, press “Up” or “Down” button for 2 seconds, time data will be adjusted continuously.
- If want to check the time, just press Time button, it will show the Day, Hour, Minutes continuous. 3 seconds later, it quite check and recover to show temperature.
Setting temperature
LED window display setting temperature, press “Up” or “Down” button to choose the required temperature for high level working period, it’s from 5 9C to 35C. For low level working period, default temperature is 59C, can’t be altered.
Modes setting:
Press mode key, there are 6 programs which switch the heating between Comfort
mode and Anti-frost mode at various times of the day and night. P1-P5 is pre-
set and cannot be altered. The “UP” programs can be defined by the user.
The table below shows the running times for each of the program.

4.1 Setting the program
To select a program to run:
- Press the program select button, “mode” key, The current selected program will be displayed, factory default program is”P4″;
- Continuous press “Mode” it will display P1-P2-P3-94-95-Up-P1… until it display the required program;
- 3seconds later, LED window will return to display room temperature, The program select option will terminate and the selected program will be saved and used to control the panel heater
4.2 Set the User Program “UP” mode
The “UP” program allows the heater to be set in comfort working mode at
required times and each day of the week can have different settings. Maximum
three intervals in comfort working mode can be input. The rest of hours will
work under anti-frost mode with default temperature setting 5O€.
4.1.1 Press “Mode” to Choose UP” mode;
4.1.2Press “Prog” LED window will
display “d1” and flash, it comes to program setting for
Monday; Press “Time” could choose d1…..d7 to get the day want to make program
setting;
4.1.3 Press “Up” or “Down” key, it will display “1” and light will flash. It
means could input the 1st time interval for comfortable mode;
4.1.4 Press “Up” or “Down”, it will display “O” for first time, continue press
“Up” or “Down”, it will display 1-2-3…22-23 until get the required starting
hour, press “Time” to confirm the start hour.
4.1.5 Press “Up” or “Down” until get the required finished hour, press “Time”
to confirm the finished hour,
The user finishes the 1st interval setting and switch to 2nd interval setting.
4.1.6 After confirm the 1st setting interval, it come to 2nd interval setting.
4.1.7 Repeat step 3 to 5 to set the 2nd and 3rd time interval for high heat
output.
4.1.8 It could only be set in hour, not in minute.
4.1.9 Maximum 3 time intervals could be set in one day. If only need to set 1
or 2 intervals, just need to press “Time” button to save the setting, it will
come to next day.
4.1.10 Repeat above steps could set working program for one week.
4.1.11 During above setting, just press “Prog” or no any operation within 2
minutes, it will quit setting and save the programs which had set.
Check the “UP” program setting
- Press “Prog” for 3 seconds, LED window display “d1”; it will show Monday program setting, Press “Time” could choose any day of a week to show the program setting;
- press “Prog”, it shows”1″ press”Prog”, it shows the 1st interval comfortable starting hour;
- Press “Prog” again, it shows the 1st interval comfortable finish hour;
- Press “Prog”, it shows 2″ press “Prog” it shows the 2nd interval comfortable starting hour;
- Press “Prog” it shows the 2nd interval comfortable finish hour;
- Repeat the above steps to check d1-d7, if user wants to set one day, just press the Time key and select the date which the user needs, then press”Prog” to check.
Children lock
Press “Up” or “Down” at the same time for 3 seconds, all the buttons will be locked, “[ ]” will light on LED window for 5 seonds. Press “Up” or “Down” at the same time for 3 seconds again, all buttons will be unlocked.
Open-window function
- When the heater is working, press window key for 3s, the open-window indicator light will on and flash.
- When detect the room temperature is more than 109C lower than before in any half-hour, the heater will stop working and the open-window indicator light will be on.
- When users press the open-window key for 3s, the heater will recover the previous working mode. The open window indicator light will flash.
- Press the open-window key for 3s again and quit the window function, the open-window indicator will off.
Installation the panel heater

This equipment was designed to be installed in a residence. Please ask your distributor before using it for any other purpose.- The panel heater should be installed according to normal trade practice and in compliance with legislation in the relevant country.

The equipment is class 1 and is protected against splashed water IP 24. The device can be installed in a bathroom.
The device is to be installed so that switches and other controls cannot be touched by a person in the bath or shower. -
Comply with the minimum clearance distances for positioning of the panel (Figure 1).

The wal! bracket allows keeping a free space behind the device to not disturb its regulation. The distance between the unit and the wall should not be obstructed.
Do not install the pane! heater ln a draught that might affect adjustment (for example, under a central mechanical ventilation unit etc…). – Under or in front of a fixed power socket or near curtains or other combustible materials. -
In a conform position, the air outlet grid and the control unit is visible in the upper part of the device. It is forbidden to install a vertical unit horizontally and vice versa.
Wall Mounting:
Do not fit the castors to the base of the heater. Make sure the heater is
unplugged from the mains power and the wall is suitable for mounting the panel
heater and there are the correct clearances. Make sure the panel heater is
within 1 meter of a power socket. Detach the mounting bracket from the rear of
the heater by compressing the 2bracket clips, pulling the clips out of the
heater rear & removing the bracket hooks from the heater.

Positon the bracket on the wall in the desired position & drill holes for two mounting screws.

Once the holes are drilled, use two explosion screws (appropriate for the type of wall) to fix the bracket firmly in place. Check for strength.

Put the bracket on the wall and tight it with two wall mounting screws.

Carefully place the heater {slightly titled forward) onto the hooks at the bottom of the bracket (A).
Then insert upper side of bracket in to the holes on the back cover of heater (B). -
Lock the wall mounting bracket by two lock screws (C).
Floor Mounting
The device can be mounted on special legs enabling to move it in the room.
Support foots are attached as follows:
Turn the convector upside down;
Take one of support foots with rollers;
Place the plate of the support foot to the attaching point on the convector so
that the dome-shaped part of the plate will be tightly attached to the
convector close to its rear panel the screw holes should match;
Tighten the support foots with the screws in parts kitting,
MAINTENANCE
The heater requires regular cleaning to ensure trouble free operation.
Unplug the heater from the mains supply before cleaning.
Ensure that the heater has been allowed to cool down completely before
cleaning.
Periodically, clean the appliance with a dry cloth to remove the dust. Do not
use detergents or abrasive products.
Using a vacuum cleaner, clean the dust from the intake grill and the air
output openings.
To dean behind the heater (when mounted on a wall), unfasten the two locking
screws located on the top of the mounting bracket, press down on the two
release catches on the mounting bracket to tilt the heater forward.
Ensure the heater is dry before plugging back into the mains supply.
Jf the appliance is not to be used for any length of time, we recommend
returning it to its original package and storing it in a dry, dust-free place.
Trouble Shooting
- The device does not heat: Make sure that the installation circuit breakers are switched on, or that the load shedder (if you have one) has not switched off the unit power supply. Check the air temperature in the room. For the device equipped, check that the programmer is in Comfort mode.
- The unit is permanently heating: Make sure that it is not in a draft and that the temperature setting has not been changed. – The unit does not carry out programming orders (Device equipped): Make sure that the programming unit is being correctly used (refer to its user’s manual). The device with electronic control is equipped with a microprocessor that can be disturbed by some severe mains voltage disturbances {outside EC standards defining the disturbance protection level). If there are any problems (thermostat blocked, etc.) switch off the unit power supply (fuse, circuit breaker, etc.) for about 5 minutes to allow the unit to start again. If this phenomenon occurs frequently, control the power supply by your energy supplier.
- The device is very hot on the surface: It is normal that the device when working, the maximum surface temperature is limited in accordance with standards. However, if you believe that your radiator is still too hot, make sure the power is adapted to the surface of your room (we recommend 100W/ m2) and the unit is not placed in a stream of air that would disrupt its regulation.
Warranty conditions
KEEP THIS DOCUMENT IN A SAFE PLACE (This certificate should only be produced
if you are making a complaint, attached with the invoice of the purchase) The
supplier provides a 24-month warranty from the date of sale. The warranty does
not cover faults caused by transportation, careless manipulation or
unqualified installation. The warranty also does not cover everyday wear and
tear on the product. Any alterations carried out on the product are considered
a breach of the warranty conditions. Present this certificate only in case of
claim with your distributor or installer attaching your invoice.
The provisions of these warranty conditions are not exclusives of benefits for
the purchaser of the legal guarantee for defects and hidden defects that apply
in any case in terms of articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
