  • Don’t try to save time by placing food on the grill, which is poorly prepared for this. Let the charcoal burn until a small layer of ash appears (the vent should be open so that the fire will not go out).
  • A small layer of oil will help to fry the product evenly, preventing it from sticking to the food grid. Always brush with a brush or spray on the product, not on the food grid.
  • Make sure the lid is lowered when the food is placed into the barbecue. The ideal distance of the product from the lid is 2.5 cm.
  • Use a shovel and grip, but do not use a fork. You may have seen how people heat her meat, but this causes the juice and fragrance to flow out, which may dry the product.
  • Insist on opening the lid and check the status every few minutes. Each time the lid is lifted, the heat comes out, increasing the cooking time.
  • When you remove the barbecue cover while cooking, move it aside instead of lifting it straight up. Climbing directly upward may cause the release of the ash into the food.
