Product Usage Instructions

Setup Guide

  1. Attach the Paddle Antennas: Connect the four paddle antennas to the ports at the back of the Gateway, starting with antenna ports 1 and 2. Ensure the antennas are securely screwed in for optimal performance.
  2. Pick a Location: Place your Gateway in an open area on an elevated surface near a window for better signal reception.
  3. Plug in the Gateway: Connect the power cord to the port on the Gateway and plug the other end into an outlet.
  4. Wait for it to Start Up: Look for the indicator lights on the front of the Gateway. When all three indicator lights are solid white, the Gateway is connected. This process may take up to 15 minutes while the lights flash white or red.
  5. Connect to the Gateway: Use the QR code or Wi-Fi Name and Wi-Fi Password (case sensitive) located on the back of the Gateway to connect your devices.

  9. Connect to the Gateway.
  10. Connect your devices using the QR code or the Wi-Fi Name and Wi-Fi
  11. Password (case sensitive) on the back of the Gateway.
