Advanced Clean Trucks (ACT)

Goal: Transition from conventional combustion technologies to zero emission everywhere feasible
Near-zero emission powered by clean, low-carbon renewable fuels everywhere else.
Manufacturers ZEV (Zero-Emission Vehicles) sales requirement

Advanced Clean Fleets (ACF)

Requires specific fleets to reduce emissions:
- Phase-in the use of ZEVs for targeted fleets (size-depedent)
- Requires fleets to purchase an increasing percentage of zero-emission trucks.
Requirements that manufacturers only make ZEV trucks starting MY 2036.
Other states implemented, EPA may require!
- California, Oregon, Washington, Massachusetts, Vermont, New York, New Jersey, Colorado: Maryland & North Carolina pending
