Product Usage Instructions

1. Attach the rear bracket to the fence of the pickup truck using four 8x80mm screws.
2. Tighten the fixing bracket and nut with tools and periodically check for any loosening.
3. Ensure you have at least two people for efficient installation.

Installing the Camping Shower

1. Place the camp shower in the center position of the support.
2. Secure the camp shower using two quick-release nuts.
3. Do not inflate or pressurize the camp shower before completing this step.

Trailer Hitch Mount

1. Attach the rear bracket fixing arm and rear bracket using 7/16-14*1-1/4 screws.
2. The rear bracket is designed for multiple install holes, allowing for adjustable installation height based on different use positions.

1. Q: Can I pressurize the camping shower while it is not installed in the vehicle?

Read before Using

• Check and tighten the mounting brackets regularly. Also,must stop and check and tighten the mounting bracket when driving on rough roads. Failure to do so could result in the camping shower falling off during quick stops, sharp turns or crashes. This could result in damage to the camping shower, your vehicle, other vehicles, injury or death. We will not be responsible for any damage or injury caused by camping shower.
• Be sure to securely attach the camping shower to the luggage rack using the 4 retaining fixed trestle included in the checklist. or use trailer bracket securely attach the camping shower to the back of vehicle
• Be sure to install the camp shower into the car before pressurizing.
• Do not pressurize over 60 PSI, otherwise it could lead to safety accident or death
• The angle valve must be opened and exhaust the compressed air and water from the camping shower before add water each time. Do not remove the threaded caps on the top and sides of the camp shower when there is air pressure in the shower. This may result in a safety accident or death] Check the thermometer before using the camping shower to avoid burning your skin in hot weather.
• In hot weather, if the camping shower exceeds 115℉,keep it away from direct sunlight and make it to cool down,otherwise, water could scaled skin and cause personal injury.
• Do not use/operat camping shower during driving, Otherwise, a security accident may occur.
• Do not use/operate camping shower after drinking, Other wise, a security accident may occur.
• Do not clog the air valve port of camping shower with foreign matter during using, otherwise,it may cause safety accident.

Roof rack installation

1. Attach to the rear bracket using four 8x80mm screws
   

2. The tail bracket with screws installed is installed on the fence of the pickup truck, and then the fixing bracket and nut are tightened with the help of tools, and the screws are marked and periodically installed to check whether they are loose
   When you perform this step, deploy two or more people to improve installation efficiency

3. Install the camp shower to the center position of the support, and use two quick-release nuts to fix the camp shower tightly

Do not inflate and pressurize the camp shower before performing this step

Trailer hitch mount

1. Attach with Rear bracket fixing arm and Rear bracket using the “7/16-14*1-1/4 screws”. (Rear bracket designed for multiple install holes. Adjustable the install higher according to different use position)
   

2. Insert the bracket into the car rear trailer hole,use the pin lock to fixed the position, finally tighten the anti-loosening screws that come with the car.(Rear bracket fixing arm designed for multiple fixing holes to adjust the distance of the camping shower install according to different use positions.)

3. Install the camp shower to the center position of the support, and use two quick-release nuts to fix the camp shower tightly

Do not inflate and pressurize the camp shower before performing this step

Angle valve installation

Please check and confirm if there is sealing rubber gasket inside outlet of camping shower, then wrap the angle valve with threaded waterproof tape and install it in the camping shower, tighten angle valve clockwise (with wrench tool available). After adding water and pressurizing, installation completely after checking if it doesn’t leaks water.。

Do not over tighten the Angle valve when installing it, otherwise, it is easy to permanently damage the thread of the camping shower and make it unusable!

Fill water

After fixing the camping shower on the truck, please take out the water inlet cap and fill the camping shower with water. Tighten the screw cap after filling the water. It is recommended not to fill it up, and some space should be reserved for gas storage

Do not store flammable, explosive, corrosive, oily liquids in the camping shower! Do not over tighten the screw cap when installing the top, otherwise the camping shower may be permanently damaged and cannot be used!

Pressurize

remove the intake valve cap and connect the pump to the air valve port.use a tire inflator pump,or another suitable pump. Pressurize to 50-60PSI, then remove the pump and place the intake valve cap back on.。

This product releases pressure at a target of 60 PSI. If the pressure relief valve on the fill cap is damaged or altered, the camping shower could explode and cause injury or death. Check the pressure while pumping air and never pressurize higher than 60 PSI. If the pressure is not released before it hitreaches 65 PSI, the fill cap should be replaced

Telescopic pipe connect

1. Connect angle valve to quick release female connector。
   

2. Connect telescopic pipe to quick connector.。
   

3. Connect the shower head to telescopic pipe。
   

4. Connect camping shower to one end of the pipe which fitted the quick connector.。

Maintenance

1. Park on sloping ground when using camping shower and place the its outlet at the downhill end, so the camping shower can drain it, which avoid spoilage, bacterial growth, or damage of water left in camping shower.
2. When cleaning camping shower, you can use soapy water to clean them inside and outside, then rush clean with clear water. Do not use corrosive liquids to clean camping shower
3. Before use, check whether the rubber gasket inside the thread mouth has any foreign matter, dirt, loss, damage and other problems which avoid water leakage, air leakage pressure or other problems.
