Cautions
- High-intensity laser beams generate extremely high temperatures and a lot of heat as cutting burns the substrate quantity. Certain materials may catch fire during cutting, creating gas and smoke. Do not leave the machine unattended during the engraving process. After use, be sure to clean up the sundries and inflammables in the machine. Always keep an available fire extinguisher nearby to ensure safety. When using a laser engraver, the material generates fumes, vapors, particles, and toxic materials in plastics and other combustible materials. These smog or air pollutants may harmful to health.
- When installing the equipment, make sure that the workplace must be clean and that there are no flammable or explosive items. A sheet of metal must be placed under the bottom when engraving or cutting.
- When using the laser engraving machine, it is recommended to wear laser safety goggles. Avoid skin exposure to type 4 beams, especially at close range. Youth aged 12-18 must have parental supervision during use. Do not touch the laser engraving module when the machine is on.

Tighten the laser module adjustment knob (Rear of the laser module).
Step 7 Install the cable tie
Step 8 Install the cable tie
6 holes are connected to the motor
4 holes are connected to the laser module
2 holes are connected to the limit switch
Pay attention to the front and back of the interface.
6 holes are connected Be aware to insert correctly.

Adjust The Belt Tension
Y axis:
- Loosen the fixing nut on the side
- Adjust the back tightening nut, and adjust the belt to the proper tightness
- Tighten the side-fixing nut
X-axis:
- Loosen the fixing nut on the side
- Adjust the back tightening nut, and adjust the belt to the proper tightness
- Tighten the side-fixing nut
How To Focus
- Release the laser module and turn the focus setting lever down
- Move the laser module until the focus setting lever reaches to the engraving material
- Lock the laser module
- Turn up the focus setting lever

- All ATEZR laser engravers are warrantied to the original purchaser only, when purchased through an authorized seller of ATEZR products for a period of one (1) years from the date of purchase, to be free of manufacturer defect or failure. (Note: ATEZR will require the proof of purchase and the date of purchase upon the claim.) Lifetime technical support will be added to after-sale services.
- ATEZR laser engraving machine can update an extended warranty period. Please contact to ATEZR customer service department for more detailed information.
- The ATEZR warranty is limited to defects, malfunctions, or failure to function properly, based on the manufacturer’s defect. Any cause of improper use, lack of maintenance, inappropriate use caused the damage to personal items, incorrect or insufficient power to the equipment, and similar failures not related to manufacturer’s defects will not be covered.
- ATEZR will not be responsible for the failure of the product, or the loss caused by the operation or use of the product.
- In addition, the warranty will cover the repair or replacement of related equipment with new or refurbished equipment during the warranty period, or in some cases replacement of parts of the same model, at ATEZR’s sole discretion.As part of the ATEZR warranty, if separate parts are required to replace, ATEZR will directly provide the new separate part to the customer instead of replacing the entire machine. Such conditions may include but are not limited to belts, rollers, motors, or any other items that ATEZR deems more suitable to be supplied separately.
- If you need after-sales service, please find the specifically authorized dealer for the product you purchased. If authorized the dealer does not respond to your problem, please contact the ATEZR official to file a complaint and obtain the warranty rights. ATEZR customer service department: service@atezr.com
