Safety Notes Before Use

Please read this manual carefully before using the laser level and keep this manual for reference.

• Caution – Using unmentioned operating or adjusting equipment can lead to dangerous radiation exposure.
• While the laser level is in operation, be careful not to expose your eyes to the emitting laser beam.
• Do not stare directly into the laser beam or view directly with optical instruments or set up the laser at eye level.
• Do not allow children to use the laser level without supervision. They could uninten tionally blind other people or themselves.
• Have the laser level repaired through qualified specialists using original spare parts.
• Do not make any modifications to the laser level.
• Do not operate the laser level in an explosive environment, such as in presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust. Sparks can be created in the laser level which may ignite the dust or fumes.
• Protect the laser level against moisture and direct sunlight.
• Do not subject the laser level to extreme temperatures or variations in temperature.
• In case of large variations in temperature, allow the laser level to adjust to ambient temperature before putting it into operation.
• Itis normal for the laser level to have some reflected light when it is used on reflective surfaces such as glass or tiles.
• Do not dismantle, open or shred battery pack. Remove the battery pack from the device when not using the laser level for an extended period of time.
• Recharge only with the charger specified by iKOVWUK. Do not use any charger other than that specifically provided for use with the equipment.
• Avoid heavy impact to or falling down of the laser level.
• Turn off the laser level during transport or extended periods of storage.

Product Overview

Laser Level

Attention:
This button ” ” has multiple functions. Please see the Operating Modes for specific operation methods.

Remote Control

Attention:
The indicator light will flash blue when the button is pressed. The remote control comes with a 23A 12V battery.
If the battery power is exhausted, the indicator light will not light up when the button is pressed. Please find the right replacement battery to ensure proper functionality.

Fine-tuning Multifunctional Bracket

• The bracket can be finely adjusted in various directions: up and down, forward and backward, left and right, 360° rotating
• The fine-tuning bracket is magnetic, it can be attached to any solid metal surface.
• Thereis a metal plate included, which can be fixed to non-magnetic surface with screws or nails.

360° Rotating Base

• 360° adjustment feature can be achieved rotating the knob.
• When placed on an uneven surface, the base can be kept level by adjusting the three  legs through rotation.
• The 1/4″ thread is compatible with laser level, while the 5/8″ thread mount can be used to attach laser level to a tripod or other equipment.

Auxiliary Accessories

• The Mounting Clip is designed for use with the Fine-tuning Multifunctional Bracket, allowing for the laser level to be hung.
• To attach the bracket, rotate the knob of the mounting clip until it grips the Top Horizontal Laser Window.

NOTE: Be careful not to over-rotate and risk breaking the clip or laser window. Convert the 1/4″ thread mount of laser level to a 5/8″ thread mount using the adapter.

Charger & Batteries

• There are two charging options available to choose from: DC plug and Type-C.

• Connect the DC cable and charging port on laser level (with the battery installed inside) to charge.

• Alternatively, you can connect the Type-C cable directly to the battery to charge it.

• The IKOVWUK 16-line laser level comes with two rechargeable batteries, allowing you to work all day without worrying about running out of power.

• You can charge the batteries by inserting them into the machine with the DC plug charger, or by using type C direct charging.

• Please use the original charger provided by iKOVWUK.

Operating Modes

Self-leveling Mode

• Slide the Switch to ON position the Self-leveling Mode is turned on.
• After switching ON, the laser level sends out 2 horizontal beams and 2 vertical beams with automatic leveling range of £3°, otherwise the laser level will send out an alarm  with the laser beams and level indicator flashing.
• Once the self-leveling is finished, the alarm will stop, the laser beams won’t flash anymore, and the level indicator glows green. Press “H” or “V” to control the laser  beams.
• Slide the Switch to OFF position “ “, the Self-leveling Mode is turned off.
• Manual Mode

Keep the Switch OFF “ press and hold the ” ” for 3s to turn on the “, Manual Mode.

• In Manual Mode, the laser level won’t be self-leveling, but the level indicator will flash continuously. The level tool could be held by hand or placed on an inclined surface to project a rigid laser beam in any orientation.
• Press and hold the ” for 3s to turn off the Manual Mode.

NOTE: In Manual Mode, the laser beam could not be used as horizontal or vertical reference.
Pusle Mode – Working with Detectors (not included)

• With the laser level powered on, short press the ” ” to work with detectors (not included) for longer working distance.
• The beam is weaker in Pulse Mode. The laser level is compatible with most detectors.

Brightness Adjustment
This button “ can also be used to adjust laser brightness according to the use environment.

Maintenance

• Maintain the laser level clean after using.
• Regularly clean the surface of the laser windows, and pay attention to whether there is fluff or fiber attached to the laser windows.
• Wipe off debris using a moist and soft cloth, do not use any cleaning agents or solvents.
• Do not immerse the laser level in water or other fluids.
• Store and transport the laser level only in the supplied portable storage bag.
• If the laser level is unusable, do not open the gauge by yourself, please contact IKOVWUK support team.

If there is a machine failure, IKOVWUK will provide you with a replacement service in within 18 months of the purchase date. Please:

• Provide the order ID.
• Provide video or pictures of machine failure.
