How to Use Your ABIOTO Bread-Baking Kit
- Prepare dough with a preferred recipe

- 2a. For classical ring patterns on bread, don’t use the liner. Flour the basket generously.
- 2b. For plain bread, insert a cloth liner in the basket, and dust with flour.
- Shape the dough and place seam-side up in the basket
- Cover and let rise until doubled
- Preheat oven and baking surface
- Invert the proofing basket onto a parchment or floured surface
- Score dough with the desired pattern
- Transfer dough to the preheated surface using peel or parchment

- Slide the rod through both slots.

- Tuck the last razor lobe under the metal rod tip.
- Wet or oil blade for a sticky dough.
