Induction Cooktop with Two Burners for use at home, Voltage of AC120V.

IH means electro-magnetic induction heating. The magnetic field lines make the pan itself heat like a heater.

How the induction cooktop works

When an electric current is applied to the coil, magnetic lines of force are generated. If you put an iron pan on it, an eddy current will be generated at the bottom of the pan and heat will be generated. Because of this heating mechanism, some pots cannot be used by induction cooktop. Please refer to P12 to see How to choose a suitable pot for induction cooktop.
