No. Error Symptom Cause
1 Water Inlet Error IE Correct water level (24.6kHz) is not reached within

8 minutes after water is supplied or it does not reach the preset water levelwithin 20 minutes.
2| Unblanced Error| UE| The load is too small. The appliance is tilted. Laundry is gathered to one side. Non-distributable things are put into the drum.
3| Drain Error| 0E| Water is overflowing. (water level frequency is over 21.3kHz). If FE is displayed, the drainpump will operate to drain the water automatically.
4| Overflow Error| FE| Water is overflowing. (water level frequency is over 21.3kHz). If FE is displayed, the drainpump will operate to drain the water automatically.
5| Pressure Sensor Error| PE| The PRESSURE SENSOR ASSEMBLY is out of order. When water level frequency is consistently below 10 kHz or over 30kHz.
6| Door Open Error| dE1, dE2| Door not all the way closed. Loose electrical connections at door switch and PWB Assembly. The DOOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY is out of order.
7| Heating Error| tE| The THERMISTOR is out of order.
8| Locked Motor Error| LE| The connector (3-pin,male,white) in the MOTOR HARNESS is not connected to the connector(3-pin, female, white) of STATOR ASSEMLY. The electric contact between the connectors (3-pin,male,white) in the MOTOR HARNESS and 4-pin, female, white connector in the MAIN PWB ASSEMBLY is bad or unstable. The MOTOR HARNESS between the STATOR ASSEMBLY and MAIN PWB ASSEMBLY is cut (open circuited).
9| EEProm Error| EE| EEPROM is out of order. Displayed only when the START/PAUSE button is first pressed in the Load Test Mode.
10| Power Failure| PF| Machine is working, the power is supplied rapidly.
11| Suds Error| Sud| If the washing machine detects too many suds, it displays the error code and adds Suds Reducig cycle. This adds about two hours to the cycle time. If too many Suds are detected during spinning, the washing machine stops to help prevent leaking.
12| VIBRATION SENSOR ERROR| uS| Vibration sensor to break down
13| Breakdown Detergent Pump| Ed1| The amount of liquid detergent in the detergent reservoir did not decrease. After putting the detergent into the detergent reservoir, it was lft for a long time and the detergent hardened.
14| Open Circuit Pump| Ed2| The amount of liquid detergent in the detergent reservoir did not decrease.
15| Breakdown Softener Pump| Ed3| The amount of fabric softener in the softener reservoir did not decrease. After putting the softener into the softer reservoir, it was left for along time and the fabric softener hardened
16| Open Circuit Softener Pump| Ed4| The amount of fabric softener in the softener reservoir did not decrease.
17| Communication Defeft| Ed5| PCB does not work due to poor communication.
18| Drawer Open| OPn| Ther washer was operated without completely closing the drawer. The drawer was opened during the washer operation
19| Drain Error| 0E| The load is too small. The appliance is tilted. Laundry is gathered to one side. Non-distributable things are put into the drum.
20| Water Inlet Error| IE| Correct water level (24.6kHz) is not reached within 8 minutes after water is supplied or it does not reach the preset water levelwithin 20 minut
21| Vibration Sensor Error| v5| Occurs when Vibration Sensor Communication is not working. Such as vibration sensor register setup error, removal, etc.
22| Wifi Error| nE| WiFi Modem is not connected.
23| Wifi modem error| nF| Wifi Modem Self Check function Error
24| Frozen Failure| FF| Supply warm water into thr drum and unfreeze drain hose and drain pump. Wet a towel in warm and apply to supply hose
25| Vibration Sensor Error| vS| Malfunction of vibration sensor. Replace the Vibraton Sensor.

1. Water Inlet Error (IE)

  • Troubleshooting Steps:
    • Check if the water supply valves are fully open.
    • Inspect the water inlet hoses for kinks or clogs.
    • Clean the inlet screens of any debris.

2. Unbalanced Error (UE)

  • Troubleshooting Steps:
    • Adjust the load to ensure it’s evenly distributed.
    • Check if the washer is level and adjust the legs if necessary.
    • Avoid washing single items or non-distributable objects alone.

3 & 4. Drain Error & Overflow Error (0E, FE)

  • Troubleshooting Steps:
    • Check the drain hose for kinks or blockages.
    • Clean the filter/pump of any debris.
    • Ensure the drain hose is installed correctly, without excessive length.

5. Pressure Sensor Error (PE)

  • Troubleshooting Steps:
    • Inspect the air tube connecting to the pressure sensor for kinks or damage.
    • Check the electrical connections to the pressure sensor.
    • Consider replacing the pressure sensor if the issue persists.

6. Door Open Error (dE1, dE2)

  • Troubleshooting Steps:
    • Ensure the door is firmly closed.
    • Check the door lock mechanism for damage or obstructions.
    • Inspect electrical connections to the door switch and control board.

7. Heating Error (tE)

  • Troubleshooting Steps:
    • Check the thermistor connections for looseness or damage.
    • Use a multimeter to test the thermistor; replace if faulty.
    • Inspect the heating element for continuity.

8. Locked Motor Error (LE)

  • Troubleshooting Steps:
    • Ensure motor connectors are properly seated and secure.
    • Check the wiring harness between the motor and control board for damage.
    • Test the motor for electrical faults; consider professional assessment.

9. EEProm Error (EE)

  • Troubleshooting Steps:
    • This may require a reset of the washer or a software update.
    • If the error persists, the control board might need replacement.

10. Power Failure (PF)

  • Troubleshooting Steps:
    • Ensure the power supply is stable and the outlet is working.
    • Check for loose power connections to the washer.
    • Reset the washer by unplugging it for a minute.

11. Suds Error (Sud)

  • Troubleshooting Steps:
    • Use high-efficiency (HE) detergent in the correct amount.
    • Run a rinse cycle to remove excess suds.
    • Reduce the detergent amount for future loads.

12 & 21. Vibration Sensor Error (uS, v5)

  • Troubleshooting Steps:
    • Check the vibration sensor’s connections and placement.
    • Ensure the washer is level.
    • Replace the vibration sensor if defective.

13-16. Detergent and Softener Pump Errors (Ed1-Ed4)

  • Troubleshooting Steps:
    • Clean the detergent and softener compartments.
    • Check for clogs or obstructions in the pumps and hoses.
    • Inspect the electrical connections to the pumps.

17. Communication Defect (Ed5)

  • Troubleshooting Steps:
    • Check the wiring and connectors between the PCBs for damage or loose connections.
    • Reset the washer to try and re-establish communication.
    • Replace the control board if communication issues persist.
