Product Usage Instructions

Folding the Carrycot Flat (model: ZICO)
To fold the carrycot flat:

  1. Remove the mattress.
  2. Fold the canopy by pressing 2 buttons on its inside.
  3. Pull out the tensioning wire located at the bottom of the carrycot using the fabric handle.
  4. Lift and turn the headrest.
  5. Pull the tensioning wire in the upper part of the carrycot out of the groove with the material handle.
  6. Flatten the carrycot by pressing down on its edges.

Folding a Frame with the Seat Unit
To fold the frame with the seat unit:

  1. The seat must be in the rear-facing position.
  2. First, fold the footrest completely under the seat, then fold the handle down 90 degrees.
  3. Next, press the backrest adjustment so it is folded flat against the seat.
  4. Finally, press buttons on both sides of the frame and fold the handle down until it is folded and locked in the position shown.

Regulation Instructions

  • Regulation of Carrycot Backrest: To raise the backrest, press and slide the mechanism to the left. To lower the backrest, press and slide the mechanism to the right.
  • Regulation of Seat Unit Canopy: To change the position of the canopy, pull it forward or backward using the handle.
  • Mounting and Dismounting the Car Seat: Instructions for mounting and dismounting the car seat can be found in the user manual.
  • Car Seat Cover and Canopy: The cover and canopy of the car seat are attached using a zipper and snaps.
  • Ventilation of Carrycot: To open the ventilation, slide the grille to the right. To close the ventilation, slide the grille to the left.

To properly fasten the cover equipped with a double zipper, first slide both heads to the end of the zip, to the left side of the gondola (fig. 1). Then insert the lock insert into both heads (fig. 2). Zip the zipper, leaving one head in the starting point (Figure 3). FOLDING THE CARRYCOT FLAT

  • A. Remove the mattress.

  • BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE MOUNTING OPERATIONS, MAKE SURE THAT THE PRODUCT AND ALL ITS COMPONENTS ARE IN WORKING ORDER. IN CASE THEY ARE DAMAGED, THE PRODUCT SHOULD NOT BE USED.
  • WHILE FOLDING AND UNFOLDING OF THE PRAM MAKE SURE THAT THE CHILD STAYS AT A SAFE DISTANCE.
  • WHILE PERFORMING THE ADJUSTMENT OPERATIONS, PAY ATTENTION TO WHETHER THE MOVABLE COMPONENTS OF THE PRAM ARE NOT IN CONTACT WITH THE CHILD’S BODY PARTS.
  • KEEP THE PRAM AT A PLACE THAT IS NOT ACCESSIBLE TO CHILDREN.
  • WHEN THE PRAM IS NOT USED, LEAVE IT WITH THE PARKING DEVICE ON.
  • CHECK PERIODICALLY WHETHER ALL THE COMPONENTS OF THE PRAM ARE IN GOOD WORKING ORDER AND SAFE.
  • NEVER USE FORCE TO ADJUST THE MOVABLE ELEMENTS OF THE PRAM IN THE REQUIRED POSITION. FIRST, MAKE SURE THAT NOTHING BLOCKS THE MOVEMENT, THEN TRY AGAIN.
  • THE PRAM IS ADAPTED TO BEING RIDDEN FORWARD.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Wash manually in cold water.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Do not iron.
  • Do not dry clean.

The pram upholstery can be cleaned with a wet sponge or cloth, using a delicate laundry detergent.

  • Do not remove the pram upholstery
  • If the pram possibly gets wet, dry it and wipe the metal components with a soft cloth.
  • Check the wear of the wheels and clean them of dust and sand.
  • Maintain the wheel axles by pouring some drops of machine oil between the axle and the hub. All moving and interacting elements require periodic maintenance and lubrication.
  • The long-lasting impact of sunlight may cause changes in the color of pram materials and fabric.
  • The components fixed with screws and threads need to be tightened periodically.
  • The pram is to be used outdoors. When taking the pram inside, always use wheel covers.

HOW TO USE

UNFOLDING AND FOLDING OF THE PRAM CHASSIS
To unfold the chassis, lay it flatly (fig. 1) and then while holding the handle, pull it up (fig. 2) until the locking mechanism clicks in place (fig. 3 ).Adamex-LUMI-Air-Special-Edition-Multifunctional-Pushchair-

CAUTION! Before proceeding with the use of the pram, make sure that the locking mechanism is secured. To fold the chassis, press the red lock push button located on the side of the handle (fig. 4) with the thump or lift the lever up and while still holding, pull the levers on both sides of the handle (fig. 5).
CAUTION! Before proceeding with the folding of the chassis, dismount the carrycot/sport seat and release the lock of the front swivel wheels – if necessary dismount the wheels.

HANDLE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
The height of the handle may be adjusted to the height of the person who rides the pram. For this purpose, press the push buttons on both sides of the handle at the same time and then adjust while still holding them (fig. 6).Adamex-

To mount the wheels, press the metal push button in the middle of the rim (fig. 7) and then push the wheel onto the axle until the very end, then release the push button and revert until it clicks (fig. 42).Adamex-LUMI-Air-Special-

To dismount the rear wheels, press the push button in the middle of the rim, and while holding it press remove it from the axle.
CAUTION! Before proceeding with using the pram, make sure that both wheels are mounted correctly.

By holding the red push button pressed on the rear axle of the pram (fig. 42), insert the pivot with its conical part into the slot of the rear wheel located in the rear axle of the pram. Release the push button and pull the pivot to make sure that it is mounted/locked correctly. Press the push button in the middle of the wheel rim and while holding it, place the wheel onto the axle until it stops. Release the push button and pull the wheel to make sure that it is mounted and locked properly. Repeat this operation with the second wheel. To dismount the rear wheel, press the red push button on the rear axle of the pushchair and slide out the wheel together with the pivot. To remove the pivot from the wheel, press the push button in the middle of the rim and take out axle from the wheel.

MOUNTING AND DISMOUNTING OF FRONT WHEELS
To mount the front wheels, insert the wheel pin into the slot on the front foot of the pram until an audible click is heard (fig. 8).
CAUTION! Before proceeding with using the pram, make sure that both wheels are mounted correctly. To remove the front wheel, press and hold the plastic or metal push button on the wheel slot and slide out the wheel from the slot (fig. 9).

FRONT SWIVEL WHEELS
The pram is provided with a swivel wheel system with a locking option for the straight-ahead position.
To lock the wheels in a straight-ahead position, turn the knob clockwise. To release the lock, lift the catch or turn the knob (fig. 10)

PARKING DEVICE
The pram is provided with a parking device, that locks both wheels at the same time. To turn on the parking device, press its foot with your leg. The parking device is unlocked after lifting the foot (fig. 11).
CAUTION! Do not leave the pram on the inclined surface, when the child is inside it, even when the foot of the parking device is pressed.
CAUTION! Never ride your pram with the parking device on.

SHOCK-ABSORPTION
The pram is provided with a cushioning spring, whose hardness can be adjusted using a special switch (fig. 12, 45). Not available in models: Massimo. (fig. 12)

AIR WHEELS
The pram is available in air wheels. Maximum tire pressure is 0.5 atmosphere.

MOUNTING AND DISMOUNTING OF THE CARRYCOT
CAUTION! Before proceeding with the use of the pram, make sure that the carrycot is mounted correctly and locked on both sides of the pram.
CAUTION! Do not fold the pram chassis when the carrycot is mounted on it. The carrycot can be mounted on the pram chassis facing forward or rearward to the direction of the travel. To mount the carrycot on the pram chassis, insert the hitches into the slots on both sides of the chassis until an audible click is heard.
To remove the carrycot from the pram, get hold of the hitches on both sides of the carry cot, press the longitudinal push buttons located there, and while holding them pressed, pull the carry cot upward (fig. 13).

ADJUSTMENT OF THE BACKREST OF THE CARRY COT
The carrycot backrest adjustment mechanism is located under the carrycot from the side of the bumper. To lift the backrest press and turn the mechanism to the left and to lower the backrest, press and turn the mechanism to the right (fig. 14).

CARRY COT CANOPY
The carrycot is equipped with a permanently fixed canopy. To change its position, press the push buttons on both sides of the canopy at the same time and select the required angle (fig. 15). The canopy is fixed to the top of the carrycot using a zipper. The canopy is equipped with a handle that is used to transfer the carrycot and with the sunroof folded to the inside. Only part of the upholstery of the canopy may be removed by undoing the zippers, owing to which the ventilation space is increased (fig. 16). Adamex-LUMI-Air-Special-

CARRY COT COVER
The carry cot is equipped with a cover, which is secured using snaps located on both sides of the canopy, or additionally by closing the zipper around the carrycot. (fig. 17).

MOUNTING AND DISMOUNTING OF THE SPORT SEAT
CAUTION! Before proceeding with the use of the pram, make sure that the sports seat is mounted and locked correctly on both sides of the pram.
CAUTION! Do not fold the pram chassis when the sports seat is mounted on it. The sport seat may be mounted on the pram chassis facing frontward or rearward to the direction of the travel.
To mount the sport seat on the pram chassis, fit its hitches into the slots on both sides of the pram (fig. 18). The locking is automatic. To dismount the sports seat, get hold of the hitches on both sides of the sports seat, press the longitudinal push buttons located there, and while still holding them, pull the sports seat up (fig. 19).Adamex-LUMI-Air-Special-Edition-

ADJUSTMENT OF THE SPORTS SEAT BACKREST
The backrest is adjusted in 4 positions. We raise it by lifting it to the required position (fig. 20). To lower the backrest, pull the handle at the back of the sport seat and adjust the required position (fig. 21).
CAUTION! While adjusting the sports seat backrest, pay particular attention to the hands and head of the child.

SPORT SEAT CANOPY
The sport seat is equipped with a removable canopy. To dismount it, insert its hitches into the handles intended for this purpose on both sides of the sport seat chassis (fig. 22). To remove the canopy, press the hitches on both sides of the sport seat and remove them from the slots (fig. 23). The canopy is equipped with the handle that is used for transferring and with the sunroof folded to the inside. SPORT SEAT COVER
The sport seat is equipped with a cover, which is to be mounted by attaching its snaps to the snaps located on both sides of the canopy (fig. 26).Adamex-

FOOTREST
The footrest is equipped with a height adjustment function. To raise the footrest, lift it (fig. 27). To lower the footrest, press and hold the push buttons on both sides of the footrest and adjust the required position (fig. 28 ).Adamex-LUMI-Air-Special-Edition-Multifunctional-Pushchair-

BUMPER
The sport seat is equipped with a safety bumper. We mount it by inserting its hitches into the slots intended for this purpose on both sides of the sport seat (fig. 29). To remove the bumper, press the red push buttons on the outer side of the sport seat sides and take out the bumper from the slots (fig.30).
CAUTION! Always use the bumper together with the crotch strap, when the child is placed in the sport seat.

SAFETY BELTS
CAUTION! Always use the safety belts when the child is placed in the sports seat. The pram is equipped with 5-point safety belts. After placing the child in the sport seat, fasten the belts, pressing their forks into the central clasp (fig. 31a), and then tighten the belts in buckles. To release the belts, press the forks in and remove them from the clasp (fig. 31b). To fit the belts, pull the rectangular stopper sewn up at the end of each belt through the appropriate holes in the upholstery and the plastic shell of the seat, and then pull the belt to check whether it has been fastened properly (fig. 32).

RAIN COVER AND MOSQUITO NET
The pram is equipped with a universal rain cover placed on the carrycot or sports seat. As part of the equipment, also a separate mosquito net and a rain cover are available (figs. 33 and 34). Adamex-LUMI-Air-Special-Edition-

BAG
The pram is equipped with a bag for accessories. We attach it to the pram guide using clips (fig. 35).

CAR SEAT

  • CAUTION! To mount the car seat on the pram, first fit in the adapters into the pram slots.
    CAUTION! Before mounting the car seat, make sure that the adapter is mounted correctly on the pram chassis.
    CAUTION! The car seat is intended for children with a body mass up to 11 kg.

To mount the car seat, attach it to the adapter slots (fig. 37). To remove the car seat, pull the levers on its both sides and pull the car seat up (fig. 38).
CAUTION! Before proceeding with the use of the pram make sure that the car seat is mounted properly.

ADJUSTMENT OF THE CAR SEAT HANDLE
The adjustment is made by pressing red push buttons on both sides of the car seat, and then by moving the handle to the required position (fig. 41). The detailed instructions for mounting the car seat in a car are attached to the car seat.

VENTILATION OF THE CARRYCOT
To open the carry cot ventilation, move the grille to the right (fig. 43). To close the ventilation, turn the grill anti-clockwise (fig. 44).

LOCKED SHOCK ABSORBER

GUARANTEE TERMS

  1. „ADAMEX BABY” shall grant the guarantee for the pram purchased by you for 12 months from the date of purchase, provided that it will be used by the purpose for which it is intended.
  2. All claims related to defects in the product must be reported at the point of sale.
  3. The guaranteed repairs are made by the manufacturer or the service unit of which the dealer provides information.
  4. The physical defect of the pram, disclosed during the guarantee period, will be removed free of charge within 21 days of the date of its delivery to the plant via the dealer.
  5. The guarantee period is subject to extension by the duration of the repair.
  6. The method of repair of the pram is determined by the guarantor.
  7. The claimed product must be delivered in a clean condition.
  8. In the case of losing the guarantee card, no duplicates will be issued.
  9. The 12-month guarantee is valid for the territory of Poland.
  10. The guarantee for the sold consumption goods neither excludes nor suspends the rights of the buyer, resulting from the non-compliance of the goods with the agreement.

THE GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER:

  • the natural wear related to the operation.
  • the damage produced as a result of improper use which is not compliant with the operating instructions.
  • the repairs made by unauthorized persons.
  • the damage or tears resulting from the fault of the buyer.
  • the fading of the fabrics caused by the long-lasting effect of sunlight.
  • slight differences in the hue of the materials.
