Product Information

The Signature Release Form is a document used to request that
orders shipped from CulinarySolvent.com do not require a signature
at the time of delivery. This form is applicable to pint, quart,
and gallon size packages shipped via FedEx or UPS. Orders of 5
gallons or more will always require a signature due to shipping
hazardous materials regulations.

Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Fill in the requested information

On page 2 of the Signature Release Form, fill in the required
information, including the recipient name, email address, and
shipping address.

Step 2: Take a picture of your government ID

Using your smartphone, take a clear picture of your
government-issued ID. Ensure that the ID includes your age and the
address where your package will be sent.

Step 3: Send the completed form and ID copy

Email a copy of the completed Signature Release Form, along with
the picture of your ID, to service@culinarysolvent.com.

Step 4: Confirmation of receipt

After sending the form and ID, you will receive a reply from
CulinarySolvent.com confirming the receipt of your submitted
form.

At the time of checkout

During the checkout process, please include an order note
indicating that you have a signature release form on file. This can
be done by adding a note in the designated order note section. If
you have already placed your order, you can email service@culinarysolvent.com
before the item ships to notify them.

Note: Once an order has shipped, the signature
requirements cannot be modified. It is important to notify
CulinarySolvent.com of your request before the item is picked up.
If an order needs to be returned, it will be subject to the returns
and refund policy.

FAQ

Can I use the Signature Release Form for any size package?

No, the Signature Release Form can only be applied to pint,
quart, and gallon size packages shipped via FedEx or UPS. Orders of
5 gallons or more will always require a signature at the time of
delivery.

Instructions to complete this Signature Release Form: Use this form to request that orders
shipped from CulinarySolvent.com do not require a signature at time of delivery. Follow the steps outlined on this page to complete the Signature Release Form. Once complete, see instructions for “At Time of Checkout”.
Step 1.) Fill in the requested information on page 2 of this form. Step 2.) Take a picture of your government using your smartphone. Be sure your ID includes your age, and the address of where your package will be sent. Step 3.) Send a copy of your completed release form, and copy of your ID, to our email address:
service@culinarysolvent.com.
Step 4.) We will reply with confirmation of receipt of your submitted form.
At the time of checkout: Please include an order note indicating you have a “signature release form on
file”. Due to the large volume of shipments, we rely on the order notes for special requests such as this. See image below for where to add your order note at checkout. If you’ve already placed your order, you may email service@culinarysolvent.com before the item ships to notify us.
Please Note: We are unable to modify the signature requirments once an order has shipped. Customers must notify us of the request before the item is picked up. If an order must be returned, it will be subject to our returns and refund policy.
