What’s the VOX mode?
The screen will turn on when detecting a sudden voice or noise, like crying and shouting from the baby, and the screen will turn off automatically when the room is quiet for saving battery. There are 3 levels of sound sensitivity to choose from. -
Why the monitor lose connection when the range is less than 1000ft?
The max range of 1000ft is proven in open space, it may vary on different house structures, wall thickness and interference from electronic devices. -
Why the display is “NOT CONNECTED”, how to connect the camera?
1)Please keep the camera already connected to a power source.
2)Follow the steps below to pair the monitor and camera.
1. Press Menu →Camera Settings → Add Camera → Select a Camera and Confirm
2. Press the “PAIR” key of camera more than 5 seconds.
3. Pairing is successful when image appears on the screen. -
Why the camera can not be charged?
The camera can not be charged due to the absence of a built-in battery, it needs to be connected to a power source to work. It will stop working when the power source is disconnected. -
Why the screen of monitor is blacked out?
1)Press any key of monitor to turn on the screen.
2)If it’s still black, please connect to the charger for a while and turn on the monitor again.
3)If it’s still black, use something small to click the “reset” button which is on the back of the monitor, and turn on the monitor again.
Tips: If you don’t want the screen to be turned off automatically, please turn off VOX model and screen saver.

1.1 The baby monitor cannot replace adult’s supervision.
1.2 The product must be placed out of the reach of the infant and kept at
least 4.5-6.5 feetsaway to ensure that the infant and this monitor have an
appropriate safety range.
1.3 The power cable should not be placed where the baby can touch, to reduce
the risk of suffocation or other serious injury.
1.4 The product is not a toy and children should not be permitted to play with
it.
1.5 Only use the provided power adapter output 5V, 1.5A.

Note – In the menu, the PTZ direction button becomes the control menu
option.
Button Overview
3.1 Confirm button, a short press on this button will confirm your selected
setting in the menu option.
If you have multiple cameras available, a long presses will sequence between
each camera in sequential order. After completing the first full sequence of
cameras the display will enter a split-screen preview mode.
Press and hold the button to return to the first camera screen.
3.2 Short Press – Volume button / Long Press – Lullaby buttonLullaby: A long
press will bring up the lullaby playback function, once initiated a short
press on either the left or right button will allow you to select your desired
lullaby. To play the selected song, short press the confirmation button.
Volume adjustment: A short press on the music button while within the preview
interface, will bring up the volume control menu. You can adjust the
corresponding volume by up or down, by pressing on the left and right buttons.
3.3 PTZ Button: These (4) buttons allow fora camera’ s movement in 4
directions, up, down, left and right.
PTZ rotation button allows for you to rotate the camera.
3.4 Microphone Button and zoom setting: A long press on the Microphone button
will initiate a call.
Zoom setting: A short press on this button will quickly change the scale of
the screen by 2, 4, or restore the screen to the initial scale. (Please note
this function is not available while using the split screen preview.)
3.5 Menu button (short press) / On and off button (long press) Long press this
button to switch the power on or off.
Menu function: Short press the button to enter the display’ s menu function,
repeated short presses on this button will cancel or exit the current menu
function.
Function introduction
4.1 Camera unit terminal
4.11Thecamera’ s Output is5VDC/1.5A.
4.12 On the device has been turned on the LED indicator will lights up,
indicating that the camera has been turned on and is in working state.
4.13 Night Vision: The camera is equipped with infrared lamps that ina low
light setting (nighttime) provide light so that the user can see without
visible light.
4.1.4 Infrared lamp function: The ambient amount of visible light will be
autodetected to automatic turni on or off the infrared lamps. There is no need
for any special operation by the user.
4.1.5 If the image or sound is not clear, please first try moving the device
to a different place to increase signal reception.
4.1.6 Pairing of cameras to the monitor is required before initial use.
Directions on the pairing process are noted in section 4.31 of this manual.
4.2 Receiver unit
4.21 When the lithium battery is low, the power adapter can be used for
charging (Note: only use the power adapter provided)
4.22 To power on the equipment, long press the button 2 seconds.
4.23 The product supports multi-camera loop monitoring.
4.24 In single screen mode, the display will look like:

| Lullaby – Displays the current status of the lullaby switch or the lullaby’s
track number.

| Screen saver – Displays the currently set screen time.
| Volume – Displays the current volume.
| Time – Displays the current time.
| Battery status – Shows the battery level or charging status.
4.25 In multi-split screen mode, the status bar and screen display as shown
below.

4.3 Menu:The menu options are shown in the following figure
Press the menu button to pop up the menu, which contains 5 items:

4.31Camera setting:
Select the camera Settings and enter the following menu: The system can support
up to 4 cameras. After a successful pairing cameras will be automatically
save. (i.e. there is no need to pair them again.). Ifa repairing is required,
the camera must first be deleted.
Pairing process:
- Via the Menu > Camera settings ~ Camera matching — then select the camera that has not yet been matched — and choose “confirm” . At this time, the receiver terminal automatically searches for unpaired cameras. If the pairing is not successful, it will automatically exit the pairing mode after 60 seconds, or short press the confirm button during pairing to exit the pairing mode immediately.
- Long press on the Pair button to match the camera, release when the camera light starts flashing – * and wait for the Baby Monitor to match automatically; then press confirm.
- The image appears on the display and the pairing process is complete.
Note: The “” symbol will appear in the upper right corner of the successfully matched camera, and the “” icon will disappear when the camera is deleted.

| View the specified camera screen, select it and press the OK key to view it.
| Camera screen loop playback – After turned on, the screen of all cameras
will sequence in a loop.
4.32 Nurse remind setting: There are 5 setting items: Off, 4 Hours, 3
Hours, 2 Hours, and Custom Time.
Once set, keep the monitor powered on. The alarm will be sent out every time
the set interval arrives.
4.33 Screen Brightness Setting: Select the screen brightness setting,
use the left and right keys to adjust the screen brightness.
4.34 VOX setting:
The VOX function has three levels of sensitivity:
High, medium, and low.
After this function is turned on, if the ambient volume on the camera side is
lower than the set volume, the screen will enter the screen-off state. You can
press any button to wake up the display.
After that, if the ambient volume on the camera side continues to be higher
than the set volume for more than 3 seconds, the display side will
automatically turn on the screen and sound an alarm.
4.35 Lullaby Setting:
There are 5 Settings, which are: song 1, song 2, song 3, song 4, playing in
a loop.
A long press on the shortcut button “music button” will quickly play the songs
in a loop; and bring you to the menu setting. You can select a song from the
menu, press the OK button to play that lullaby ona repleaded loop.
Press button stop playing.
4.36 Other menu setting:
| Temperature unit – Choose Fahrenheit or Celsius as the temperature display
unit.

| Screen saver setting – Can be set to off,1 minute,3 minutes, 5 minutes. The
system has no screen saver time by default.
| Light source frequency setting-Match to your local electrical grid frequency
(either 50 Hz or 60 Hz) System default 50 Hz.
| Clock menu – You can set the current time and select AM and PM.
| System settings:
- You can view the current device version information.
- To factory reset the display – Select “YES” to restore all settings on the display to the factory settings, and select “NO” to exit.
Installation method
5.1 Put the camera on the working table at the corresponding height.
With a stable and relatively wide viewing angle, you can observe the baby’s
movements at any time.
5.2 Fixed to the wall by a bracket.
Maintenance of Monitor
6.1 Keeping the lens clean can help you monitor the clearest picture.
Use dry and soft cloth to gently wipe the fingerprints and dust on the lens
and LCD screen.
6.2 Wipe the surface of the Baby Monitor with a clean, dry cloth. Do not use
rough cloth, it will scratch the external surface of the Baby Monitor.
6.3 To avoid the risk of electric shock. Don’t take the Baby Monitor apart or
repair it yourself.
6.4 Keep the Baby Monitor dry. Do not use the Baby Monitor in too humid
environment. If it is used in humid environment, it may cause Baby Monitor
failure.
