Before using it, please read this instruction manual and follow the listed hints and tips to get the most out of your radio.
Functions

POWER button
Short press the POWER button and the display will light up to show the time. Short press again to turn off display. Long press the POWER button to turn the radio on/off. -
BAND button
Band selection: Short press the BAND button and select between FM/AM/WB.
Alarm function: Long press the BAND button when the power is on to activate the alarm function. The radio will automatically to search NOAA emergency signals. When signals are received the radio’s flashlight and SOS function are automatically activated. Long press again the BAND button to cancel.
NOTE: WB band, NOAA alerts and related features are only available in the U.S, Mexico. -
SCAN button
When the radio on, long press the SCAN button to search for stations, the radio can store the found stations automatically. And short press the SCAN button to tune the stored frequency. -
“︿ and﹀” button
When the radio on, you can use the“︿ and﹀” button to tune frequency. Short press the “︿or ﹀” can upward or downward adjustment the frequency.
Long pressing the “︿ and﹀” button, the radio can search the next band automatically.
In the off state, you can short press the“︿ and﹀” button to set time. -
“+ and –’’button
When the radio on, you can use the “+ and -“button to adjust the volume. -
CLOCK button
Short press CLOCK button to reset the alarm, long press the CLOCK button to set hour. And then short press again to set minute.
Short press the CLOCK button to turn on or off the alarm. -
TIME button
In the off state, long press the TIME button to set the time, including hour, minute and 12 or 24 hour. Then short press the “︿ and﹀” button to adjust the time. Firstly, long press the TIME button to set the hour, and then short press the button to set the minute. After that, short press the “︿ and﹀” button to choice the 12 hour system or 24 hour system. -
SOS function
Long press the flashlight button to active SOS function. Short press the button again to turn off the function. -
Flashlight button
Short press the flashlight button to turn on the light, short press it again to turn out the light. -
Lamp function
Flip the solar panel to trigger the reading lamp function. -
Antenna
There is a stretchable antenna on the top of the radio. When listening to the radio, it is recommended to stretch the antenna out to get a better signal.
Power Methods

Solar panel
Expose the solar panel to sunlight to generate electricity to charge the radio. This method is normally used to maintain daily operation and not as the main power source. -
Hand crank
Unfold the hand crank on the back of the radio and turn it clockwise or counterclockwise to charge the unit. Turn the crank for 3-5 minutes at a speed of 130-150 rpm if you are using the radio for the first time. -
Type-C charging
Connect the supplied Type-C cable to the Type-C input on the right side of the radio. Connect the cable to a suitable power adapter. Remove the power adapter after it is fully charged.
NOTE: When the battery level display on the screen flashes, radio needs to be charged. In that case, radio can’t be turn on. Also can use the flashlight, reading lamp and time function.
When the battery level display on the screen stops flashing, it indicates that the radio is fully charged.
